Super Clean Tunnel Wash

Usually I use their drive-thru, it cleans everything outside better than most car wash. Today I opted for to wash the truck myself. For $11 I got my truck sparkling clean. I know I can't do that with any other facility in town- it would be way more than that. That's why I like these guys. The fact the staff is friendly and greet me when I get there is a bonus.

What an awesome experience! Jake (I think that was his name) got me enrolled on the monthly Lightning Pass plan. Car wash is really cool with 3 different colors of soap that smell like an actual spa and my kids loved the light show. Great Customer Service and a Great car wash. I highly recommend.

I came in with a white truck that had pink spray paint on it, Jimbo came to help me get it off offering a ton of different ways and methods, as well as actually helping me while I scrubbed, he sprayed and it was honestly some of the best service I have ever received at a Car Wash. Thank you a million Jimbo.

I came to simply add to my husband's review, we had a less than desirable experience at the Main St car wash. After leaving we decided we would simply call the manager. The manager forwarded us to the owner. Upon speaking to the owner he upheld his policy, which that's on the company to do, but what he did next was baffling. He told us that it's all about dollars and cents, he has a 5 million dollar business and it doesn't matter if his customers are happy. Policies are policies. I've never in my life been more disappointed in a business. I'd highly recommend going to Super Tunnel, they personally took our dissatisfaction with this company and made it right. Got my husband's truck clean the right way and had the absolute best customer service. Stay away from this business. Todd. No need to respond. Your responses are awful and even worse then your customer service on the phone.

Redeemed the $21 free super wash I got off Facebook and definitely was not impressed. Lots of bug stains on the car and didn't dry very well. Appreciate the free wash but definitely won't pay those prices for another wash.

Had to wash the work vehicle after 2 weeks of heavy use in the field. Jimbo was the man helping out with the bug juice and showing me how to print my receipt. Friendliest car wash in town!

Kinda pricey for self service, blower didn't work 120 mph? I was lucky to get 20 mph lol! Sprayer worked fine but took awhile for foam to reach brush! Won't be back.

I came in today and got a monthly pass and Jimbo was the one that helped me get that all set it! He was so patient, helpful and so kind!! Best customer service this guy is!! You have a great employee working for you!!

Great car wash! Had the good fortune of meeting the owner while I was paying for a wash. Todd explained how the Monthly Lightning Pass Plans work. I signed up and took advantage of their Family Plans. Todd took the extra time to insure both mine and my wife's Lightning Pass Plans were set up. Todd went the extra mile. Not very often you get that kind of person service from the business owner. Looking forward to keeping our cars clean at the Super Clean. I highly recommend!
