Absolutely dishonest! Called in with a list of 4 part numbers and when Russell quoted me $500.00 CN I passed. Unfortunately, the NEW parts supplier was out of stock so back to Fawcett. Russell Moran tried to play bait and switch to $600.00 CN. I called him out. Sold me the parts FOR THE $500... When the parts arrived they only shipped 3 of the parts. When I called back to get the order made right. Russell acknowledged that it was his mistake" but wanted to charge $225 for a USED part that sells for $135 new. 100% their fault and tried gouging me to "make up his $100??? I recommend you find someone who is honest. Who does the right thing if they make a mistake. (Assuming it was actually unintentional???) I would give them a ZERO stars if that were an option!"

Called today a girl on the parts could not look up a water pump for a john deere tractor and she wanted me to look her part number up.She said I'd have to call the dealer so I got a rebuilt one at john deere. Honestly ridiculous someone on parts can not look up a water pump on a john deere 6420 .

Eric is the man . Has always come up with whatever I needed. Didn't this time. Could not find the part anywhere else, in the world.Had to machine up a new spindle , for my 1972 German made tractor myself. Back in Biz.

Called for used parts, good luck on getting a call back , and when I called said there was nothing in stock, after I did my research on what they had in stock, I called back the sales agent and with no surprise they had it..My suggestion, just show up

They won’t let you out in the yard to check out the salvage tractors and seem to have no clues what your talking about.

Ordered a skid steer quick attach plate through their eBay store. It came warped and unusable. After a quick call to their office and some pictures of the defective product, they resolved the issue and sent me a replacement for free. Very prompt delivery and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend. Now that I know about them, I will just ordered directly.
