Showed up to pay, and still closed despite what they say online, over the phone at least 13 people showed up in a span of 20 minns with same misleading information ! Barrie can find my cheque draft in your drop box outside your office on cedar pointe Rd ! Archaic technology here! mine as well use s.o.s or smoke signals!

This is absolute one big shame! I received a parking offense notice and came on a Monday at around 9 a.m. to dispute it. The office is closed! Basically, there is no such thing as a Justice on this is I gained the Democratic right because now I have to mail it in and take my chances that it will go into default. They say the office is closed due to covid-19 however the province has entered stage 3 a while back so this is simply not fair!

They speak poorly to you, then after trying to validate their mistakes and errors without cause they will say it's your fault. Kelly is a rude individual when you call her out for not stating things accordingly. then says you are interrupting her when you have a valid question regarding what she just said.taken 2 months to get an extension due to poor communication.

they answered my call at 4:28pm and put me on hold and never got back.. its been 45 minutes and I am still waiting... this is the provincial law office I am calling. no sense of responsibility and they fine us to neck.. I don't know if I should say they're ignorant here...not satisfied with the service..
