The service was fantastic. The operator who took our order was very friendly and precise. They went above and beyond to take care of our order and to make sure our requests were met. Our delivery was received within the specified time frame, and our driver was also very friendly and accommodating. I recommend this local establishment as an alternative to any of the franchised pizza restaurants in Sudbury. The price is more than reasonable and it is gratifying to engage with locals. Supporting local businesses is always the best decision one can make to support their community and I encourage everyone who reads this review to try and do the same. Support your local restaurants! You will not be disappointed. Great Lakes has got my vote, every, single, time.

Great pizza! The delivery guy was super friendly and personable and our pizza arrived earlier than expected. Hot, fresh and delicious. A bit more cheese with our double cheese order would have been ideal but we were overall impressed. Our first time trying Great Lakes definitely won't be our last!

Ordered a Large thin crust, crispy Pizza. It was the Absolute best Pizza I have had in a very long time. Was ready for pick up in 15 minutes, and everything about it was fantastic. This location is my Favorite Pizza stop in Sudbury. The staff are always polite, and the cooks are great!

Very friendly, accommodating, and timely. The store is very clean. Though they may be busy at times it's well worth the wait! Delivery also available from one of their 3 stores! Amazing staff, courteous and patient with customized orders! They also have thin crust in every size! Speaking of sizes, yes they do have an extra large size available to feed your family or co-workers alike! Ordering more than one? They will give a multi-pizza discount too!There's a reason they've been around for 25 years! Amazing food!
