Pizza Pizza - Head Office

I am very insulted by Pizza Pizza and will never order from this company again. I placed an order and the store claimed I had to pick up because there is no where for the driver to park. This totally false because I have a driveway that can fit six cars. What makes me more upset is the last time I order it happened to be a snow storm. I cleared the driveway and the road in front of my house so the driver could get in and I provide a good tip. I couldn’t be more disappointed in this company.

My son went to Pizza Pizza Yonge and Mulock, Newmarket. Server Pervana double charged my son on his debit card and did not provide a receipt. Next day I went to speak to the Manager, Ronnie. Even with proof of a bank statement - he said he couldn't refund and asked for me to call head office. Head office found the double transaction and then asked for my debit card number and full name for the refund - I refused, they already found the transaction but wanted personal information. I didn't want to get scammed a second time! At head office I spoke with customer service worker Osama 6702, and Spervisor Erin 5887. Both of them did not know how to refund my double charge. I requested to go back to the store of purchase for a refund, but they didn't know how to manage that either!Very disappointed that I can't send my children to buy a pizza at Pizza Pizza in Newmarket, without them being double charged. Shameful!

Pizza pizza in Orilla Ont. Are very rude the 3 workers I talk with.They put loose cardboard boxes and garbage out and it was blowing all up and down the road and intersection when I was nice and told them they told me to mind my own business and get out of the store I have reported them to the Downtown management board to Pizza Pizza and the bylaw office.And Yes I took all kinds of pictures and of the rude employees.Never will I go or buy anything from them

Haven’t ordered pizza from pizza pizza for like 10 years because of previous lack of customer service. Their $16.99 xl large pizza seemed like a good deal so we ordered two. Of course there were up charges for certain items. Ordered it for pick up, came at the correct time and they didn’t have our order. Went home and called “customer service”, they put me on hold for 12 minutes, I hung up. The store called on our other phone and said they would deliver the pizza. That meant we were going to be waiting for an hour for our pizza. I called customer service back and asked what they could do, they offered to refund it but they were going to cancel the pizza with the store. It was hard to understand the guy and I still wanted my pizza. The delivery guy shows up and says we have to pay again, ridiculous. We got our pizza in the end, paid for delivery but haven’t even seen the credit. I will NEVER order from pizza pizza again.

despite complaining to senior management they still drive a huge transport truck down the side street at 2 AM even though the street sign says no heavy trucks". Pizza Pizza is also the worst pizza in the city. why would anyone eat this - try Pizzaville's three cheese pizza

Called about one of their locations not only trying to RIP me off of money owing to me due to not having the item ordered but then they try to offer me a credit of $10 when my pizza was $12.99 + tx. No true concern if I was happy with the outcome. Will take my business elsewhere.

I ordered 16 99 4 item pizza when delivered before tip it came to 26.00. Pizza not even good very bland and plasticky. Explain where the10 dollars got added. Not even worth one star.

We are a frequent pizza pizza customer as we have always enjoyed it, and it is close to our location. When our pizza arrived, it was very cold. It was extremely doughy and undercooked. We had to basically re-cook our pizza. Our dipping sauce was missing as well. We called customer service, they were very rude to us over the phone. The customer service representative was reluctant to give her name as we were looking for guidance for our next order. She was not willing to help us with a decent resolution, as she was only willing to credit our account $10.24 for an almost $30.00 order. I am very disappointed in the service we received this evening.

I've ad it with ordering, you put people answering the phones who barely speak English! I gave up and hung up. What is wrong with your company. If I can't understand them , how the hell can I place an order???? I thought I lived in an English speaking country or province for that matter.

Today I ordered for delivery a large special pizza, I specifically asked for napkins with 3 pops with my pizza. This special included 3 pops yet they only punched in two when I was supposed to get 3. Anyways I spoke to the head office it was the worst experience I ever had talking to a supervisor . This supervisor was so impolite she should be fired right away. She don't know how to treat a customer who ordered and received the wrong order. They weren't going to refund my order so I ended up cancelling the pizza because they said I should eat the pizza with my dirty hands. I believe the supervisors name was Sonia'
