Johnston Equipment is a very friendly and humble place of business. They listen to your needs and help you better than the other guys. Hence why I deered away from the competition. They offer a variety of services from forklifts parts and sales, to dock and doors, to racking, and finally automation which is very cool. Every department is friendly and helpful. For example I was intrigued by the automation side and sales rep named Vic really took the time to explain how it works and listened attentively to my needs for my business. it really is the future. another example is dealing with Charlene in the parts department. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and honestly I don't think theirs a problem she cant solve. I will definitely be coming back to Johnston for my business.
