Cashier stole my gift card. Didn't realize til I got home that he pocketed it and it was never swiped. Double check your purchases if you go to this store.

They are stocked on items, but the food section is a mess, things are everywhere and prices are missing (see photos). The rising food costs means that if I can't see the price, I'm not even going to bother.In the men's clothing they're out of common sizes of hoodies, and the workshoe prices do not match the quality. The safety shoes are very heavy and uncomfortable, especially in comparison to Mark's Work Warehouse shoes.Shopped electronics for a Samsung S22 Ultra phone case and there isn't even a spot on the pegs for the case... The best selling Samsung phone for awhile now.The best part is the move to the environmentally friendly" bags only policy with a 95% markup and basically fall to pieces after 2 uses. Screw the customer is the new policy here."

This Walmart is trash and also thinking everyone are stealing. Just because Walmart is having issues with people stealing all over the world don’t mean you can Accuse everyone you see and think they stealing. Need to be more professional. First you take out bags and now when people walk out with food how are you so sure what’s bought or stolen. Start checking everyone’s cart like Costco. you need to actually have staff doing there job rather standing in the corner looking like security or like a wood. Walmart do better with your company and staff.

I locked my bicycle near their garden centre. I did some shopping and went through the garden centre to checkout. I was informed by the garden centre sales representative stated I could not be checked out because you have no plants". I did not argue but

If I can put 0 star, I would because this is the 5th times that this store failed to delivery my groceries. . Your Delivery supposed to be 1 - 2pm, then you waited till 3:30pm, called Customer Service, they called the store, and the store lied saying that the driver is on his way, then you waited till 4:30pm, knowing from past experience that the groceries will never be delivered. Ask them to refund so that I can reorder the same thing on the next day, they said they have to call the Store to cancel before they can issue the refund. I was so upset one time that they made me wait till 8:30pm, I wrote to BBB to complain and their Head Office called me and apologize, and have the Store Manager called me to apologize as well. I asked them to left a note on the computer that if they failed to deliver the groceries, do not lied and made the customer waited, just cancelled it and refunded the customer, they said they will and it will never happened again. Ofcourse, it happens again today. Then Customer service said until the store cancelled it, they cannot do the refund, ask them to look for the note the Manager put, they said there is no notation. When the Store finally cancelled the order, they put reasons for cancel - Changed mind

Never ordering online grocery delivery from here again. Tried multiple times, but half of my order doesn't get delivered because they're apparently consistently out of stock" of basic items. Which I know isn't true

This review is specificaly about the Party Lead staff working at the store today, his name is Tarnepreet. Terrible manners, the worst costumer service experience. He was rude, he yell at me and brush me away with his hands up in a very aggressive manner.I went to pick up 5 letters of a name, I purchase a holder and he wrap them for me, as I was leaving I realized there was an extra number which was not mine and told him. He unwrapped the number (in bad manners) and I left. The moment I step a foot out the door, one of the balloons flew away....people try to help me, but we couldn't get it back.It was completed untied from the whole group of balloons I purchased (6 in total). I went back right away and instead of listening to me and acknowledging what was happening he gave me a terrible attitude and said that is your problem

Shop elsewhere. Chicken is left out for hours. Freezers are left open. Food purchased here will make you sick.

They have a lot of things including kitchen appliances. Prices are good. just make sure you always double check things like dairy and eggs. I had bad surprises (it was on me for not double checking). like bought a Cashew Milk that expired" 3 days after. Or I saw broken eggs on the shelf. still recommend the store because price difference can be huge compared to other places. like I had 4 liters of white vinegar for $1 one day (sale)"

How the mighty has fallen. Was there on Saturday July 16/2022 with my son buying some groceries and frozen goods for the weekend. The frozen section was a mess, the washroom was terrible and many food products had incorrect tags.I added some pictures he took just to show you what we are referring too.Absolutely terrible. Was it lazy staff or bad customers, maybe both?Frozen fish in the frozen veggies section?
