A Canadian escrow service that really knows what it is doing is a terrific asset for domestic deals. We can structure closing to suit our needs and not be locked into US practice. Prime Aircraft used EscroAir for the first time in the fall of 2019 for a Canadian aircraft transaction. From the beginning of the transaction, EscroAir and Kellie-Ann were professional, knowledgeable and laid out their process very clearly for us. Throughout the deal EscroAir provided a tremendous level of support and were very responsive to email, phone calls and remained in complete control of the process to closing. Our experiences have been with US based escrow companies but Prime Aircraft would not hesitate in using EscroAir in the future.
