I've called Geoff a few times for advice and he's always been super helpful. He repaired one of my fans and managed to fit me in his busy schedule as it was a food safety hazard for me. Thanks for being available and diligent Geoff!

Geoff is amazing, he offered early morning prompt freezer service to my boat! I had to reschedule due to timing and budget and he was very gracious!! he then came to the boat (after I accidently almost stood him up another time and sped there while he patiently waited...) & he installed the freezer for me, very tidy and clean I cannot even tell he was there working for several hours!! He is the guy for your boat refrigeration!!!

Northshore Refrigeration Ltd. did exceptional work for us. Their service man Jeff did a very thorough job of the maintenance which needed to be done for our bakery. He even went on to explain the types of freezer / coolers we had and explained how they worked. This knowledge was very helpful as we recently acquired the bakery and had no idea anything about them, so thank you very much. In fact all of their staff there were very pleasant to deal with and worked with us to ensure we were taken care of right away. Very friendly and courteous. Thank you.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FAST RESPOND, GREAT PRICE AND VERY RELIABLE!My reach in fridge just suddenly went down at 9:30 pm. I had North Shore Refrigerator do work for me in the past but didn’t think anyone would be answering calls at the time of night but I sent over a text message, and within mins, Geoff responded and said he would be over around noon or maybe earlier. He showed up at 11 am. He quickly got to work and found the problem very quickly. He replaced the thermostat control. And then servicing the rest of the cooler with checking the refrigerant gasses etc. The cooler is running better then it ever has. North Shore Refrigerator is the company to call if you are looking for any refrigerator service.

Geoff provided us with exceptional service. When we arrived at the boat, the fridge was not working and we were about to embark on a two week trip. Even though Geoff was busy with other matters, he found time for us and fixed the fridge for an on-time departure.

Very disappointing service. Not recommended! These guys charged over 2000$ to fix my freezer, freeze failed again in 4 weeks.. be careful, they are good at billing you! They will charge you Including driving time, any work they done after 6pm will be one and half or double rate.
