Free 4-hour parking between 8am and midnight! We used this a bunch on our visit to the old city area. We’d take the stairs into Plains d’Abraham and Parliament area or just walk down Champlain Blvd to the lower town and port area.

Free Parking for 4 hour. To reach dufferin Terrace, you can walk for 15 min to old quebec streets and from there you can take the funicular(elevator) for 4$ Cash only. Other option is to take stairs. That is too steep and too many.

Good parking lot. It's right next to a beautiful picnic area. You can also take a walk along to enjoy the beautiful river. It's a 15 minute walk from Quartier Petit Champlain so if you don't find a parking spot in the city you can try this one. It's free but there is an upper limit to the number of hours you can park so be mindful of that.
