Coach Ashley is the absolute best! She goes out of her way to help you in any way she can. She’s listened to my tales of woe and tales of joy and seen many a tear, both happy and sad. Feeling accountable to someone other than yourself is what gives you the motivation to keep going! In the beginning I was having a hard time getting in my cardio due to severe back and knee pain. Ashley took it upon herself to contact the owner of Ewyn in Ontario to get his opinion on what, if anything, could help me. Well between the two of them, they sent me links with info that I couldn’t even get from my GP or physiotherapist. Understanding where the pain was coming from helped me understand why certain exercises wouldn’t work for me. I felt very special at that time knowing they took extra time and care…for me. And we all know that if you’re considering weight loss, feeling special is a top priority. You will always be Ewyn’s top priority! Thanks Ashley
