Outstanding experience with KevCon…. We did an extensive exterior renovation finishing it off with siding, eavestroughing, soffit & fascia. Finding a quality company in our area to do the job was our challenge…We called a number of audibles from the time of quote to the start date and they came through in spades. Kevin’s crew did the roof on my garage. They showed up on time and ready to work and got it done in 2 days, as promised. At the end of day one they cleaned everything up before leaving for the day, which I was particularly impressed by. From what my untrained eye can see, the quality of work looks great. I would certainly have them do more work at my house in the future!

I hired KevCon to replace the siding on my house. What was supposed to be a relatively straightforward siding removal and reinstall became increasingly complicated through no fault of theirs, and they were so understanding and helpful throughout.They made sure I was aware of and able to investigate foundation issues that were discovered when the siding was removed (where another company might not have bothered and ignored it), went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf to the company I hired to do the foundation work, and rescheduled the project twice without complaint to help accommodate the additional, unplanned work I needed to have done.As if that wasn’t enough to recommend them, my house looks incredible with the new siding they installed, and they were able to get the project completed on budget and in less time than expected once they were able to actually start the work.All contracting companies are not created equal in terms of decency, value, and honesty, but KevCon really proved themselves to be top notch in all respects. They were genuinely so great to work with, and I would unreservedly recommend KevCon to anyone looking for a construction company that’s reliable and produces fantastic results. Hands down, would hire them again for any job I need done!

Contacted Kevcon to install siding on a half storey home that was undergoing extensive renovations. Lena, who I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. We decided to go ahead with their estimate. Throughout the few months leading up to them arriving to install the siding they were super helpful and responsive with any questions we had regarding any prep work done prior to their install. The house is siding is now completed and the homeowner and well as my self the GC were thrilled with their outstanding attention to detail and craftsmanship.
