Speedy Glass St. Vital

Got my window smashed in on friday. Called these guys. Asked if they have the window for my car. Told me to drop the car off at earliest convenience. And without appointment they took me and got me going within 2 hours in even though they were booked up. Fast,very nice and pro staff. All in all very happy

Phoned on Tuesday to repair broken rear door window on my 2006 Nissan. Part sourced in a few days, installed on Friday. Easy as pie. Totally professional. Highly recommended.

Truck window was smashed. They took my appointment right away, taped my window for me, cleaned the glass out and dealt with MPI to do the claim first me. They ordered the part for Monday of the following week and had it fixed in record time and did a great job. Very pleased, great service.

I took my car in for a stone chip to be repaired. I was told it would be ready in 45 minutes, and it was. Maybe they take an extra 10 minutes though because they left the inside of my car like disaster. Dirty hand prints on the off white headliner. I should mention that the car was new with 4800kms on it.I won't be back.

Efficient and fast work, great service, best option in town

They tried to blame me for ordering the wrong windshield when I filled out the online survey correctly and even had an employee call me to confirm what windshield to order. I can quote him saying “Yep you chose the right one”. I was notified the wrong windshield was ordered 6 or 7 hours after my car was in the shop which meant it had to stay overnight. Not sure why checking that you have the right windshield wouldn’t be the first step and that it took 6 or 7 hours to figure out. All together my car was at the shop for about 15 hours when it should have been a 6 hour job but that’s “my fault” apparently. It caused an insane inconvenience to not have my car for a day and a half which I received no apology for. When I went to go pick my car up, the first thing I noticed was that the Crown dealership logo on the rear bumper had been bent in half, sticking out at a 90 degree angle. How does that even happen? When pointed out to the employee he offered to get me a new one saying he would get it the next day and I would have to come back down to get it put on. I declined because I’m afraid of what other damage could be done to my car if I brought it back. Even though it is just a dealership logo, it goes to show the absolute carelessness of the employees. There was also a bunch of white chalk all over the side of the driver seat which I had to scrub off once I got home. Overall, this has been a horrible experience. I don’t appreciate being talked down to, disrespected, and blamed for their mistake. I also don’t appreciate my car being left a mess and part of it damaged when I go to pick it up. Every single person who has asked me about my windshield getting replaced, I’ve told them not to go to the Speedy Glass on St. Mary’s.

I had an appointment for 10:00. When I dropped my vehicle off at 9:45 they said it would be ready in about 2 hours or so. I received a phone call from them advising me that they were running a little behind time and that my car wasn't ready. They told me that it should be ready around 2:00. I finally received a phone call from them at 2:30. I don't think that they realized how much that delay effected my day. I won't be a return customer.

Had a chip in my windshield- took it to this location and they had it fixed for me in less than 45 minutes. I can't tell that there was ever any damage to my windshield; it looks perfect. They were friendly, knowledgeable and affordable! I highly recommend them!
