Found out Walmart shreds your photos after 30 days if not picked up even if you prepay. Trust me I will go elsewhere going forward.

They do good passport photos and half the price from shoppers drug mart!

Got an email saying my stuff was ready. I made a special trip to pick it up and was told it was not in fact ready and would be a few more days. The only saving grace was the very nice associate who helped me out and phoned me when they were really ready.

It would be okay if the older lady working there cared about her job at all. 3 of the 5 people ahead of me were told that their photos weren't there and I was given a package with only half my order. I went back when I realized this and another young lady was able to find the rest of my prints as well as 2 other customers'. It was Chrismas Eve and a lot of people give photos as gifts. I imagine that the lack of service may have ruined someone's Christmas.

I use the Walmart phot centre service a lot. Their prints are usually cheap and on time. However I did have a bad experience with their online experience. I had put in an order of multiple prints for different sizes. They were not doing 8x10 prints and cancelled the whole order. Did not even provide a proper notification. I had to call in a few days later to check status. Service is decent but preferable to call in prior to place online order.

Never have working machine to get passport photo, never in my total 3 visits

I've been going to Walmart photo centre for many years without any issues whatsoever, but lately, they have been awful. I went in for a 1 hour service and came back in three hours later to grab them. The lady at the desk told me she could not find them and that I would have to wait until her counterpart was done her break.These photos were quite urgent as they were for a friend's memorial. 20 minutes later she said she found them and that she did not read my name correctly and completely ignored the receipt I gave her.While being cashed out she proceeded to charge me the quick print price instead of the one hour service price which came up to be $15 more than what was written on my receipt. She was hesitant to give me my actual price until I had to point it out on the receipt that she almost discarded.Keep in mind, while I was there, I also witnessed 3 other unresolved customers having issues with their kiosks.

Ordered 5 dog bowls and they were completed within one week. Email correspondence at every step of the process.

Extremely disappointed. They have been out of ink for the last 3 weeks so cannot print any poster prints. And they have no idea when they will get the ink. The staff and manager at this location are great and I have nothing against them. But it's quite stupid that Walmart is running a photo center that has no ink to print the damn photos. Someone at head office needs to look into this asap.
