Haven't even been to the store yet but the man answering the phone was most helpful and clearly pleased to give me the advice I needed. They have the part (a little obscure) that I need.....even better. Look forward to going there tomorrow to pick it up.

As a homeowner do-it-your-seller attempting to source a part for my leaking faucet I called Noble Oakville and spoke with Chris.He was quick and resourceful and had me a part number within minutes. Without getting into detail, this guy went above and beyond, saving me time and a boat-load of $.

I called the 416 number and asked to speak to someone about a valve that I needed. 3 times they transferred me to a dead end line. Very cold, uncaring, unprofessional group of men I spoke with on the phone. Will not deal with them ever.

Tried to return a product that only they carry in southern Ontario without a receipt because it was lost. The man working there refused to even try and pull up the receipt even though a date and time could have been given for the product's purchase. His words were verbatim I'm not going to try that hard to help you return that without a receipt." Disgusting service."

Residential Buyer Beware- I picked up a small part from here and I was charged a 30% restocking fee for a part that was not even in a package. I had asked about the return policy when I purchased the part and was told don't worry about- we will refund you if it is the wrong part""

Mind blowing customer service... I had originally called another location to ask for a quote on a unit. I am still waiting to hear back as of this review. I couldn't wait any longer so I called the Oakville location and was answered by Cindy. I received the quote in less than a minute. I also had another question about another part and I couldnt answer her follow up question so she provide me the information on both options so that I could follow up with my technician about it later. She quickly added it to the original quote all in less than 2 minutes! Talk about service. Great job Cindy!

Never had a good experience there. The only time I go there is if , I cant find it anywhere else . I dont have a business account there so I expect to wait for them to serve accounts first .
