Working with Nicole and Denis has been an absolute pleasure! From the very first time I reached out to them they had amazing customer service and were so eager to be helpful, fast responding, and make great suggestions. We made Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio wine as wedding favours and they even helped us create labels and heat shrink capsules that matched perfectly with our wedding theme. Their customer service didn't end after I picked up the wine because a couple of weeks later they reached out to make sure the wine was good. Can't recommend this family owned business enough!

Such a great little shop!!! I’ve had the pleasure of bottling beer and wine here and both times Dennis and Nicole have exceeded my expectations! They are incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help me make the best selection. The beer and wine is so much better than I ever expected - so much better than what you find at the lcbo!! Always a fair price and always great friendly service. I’m so happy with my beer and wine and would highly recommend their services to anyone!!

We came here for some home brew supplies. Really nice, knowledgeable owners. The prices for equipment and supplies are reasonable. It’s a smaller shop, so don’t expect a huge selection, but it has all the things you’ll need and they’ll help you find the right items for what you’re looking to brew.

Anyone who likes wine and/or beer must check The Glass Half Full. Not only will you have a great lesson in wine making from Denis and Nicole but you will love the results.(Worth noting: they follow the pandemic health protocols to the letter which eased my wife's concerns about going into stores).Greatly recommended!

Amazing experiences at The Glass Half Full. Dennis is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. So far I have tried their Amber, as well as two seasonals (the Czech Pilsner and Belgian Wheat) and all have been superb! With the incredible price, quality and consistency of their products, I'm never going anywhere else to buy my beer.
