Hi, Saw the optometrist in this location about 2 years ago. He was very pleasant and professional.I called today to get the copy of my prescription or even if possible to provide the eye prescription over the phone. She refused to provide and her reasoning was that the prescription expired (since is over a year)and they can't release it. She advised me to book again and see their optometrist to get a new Rx!My question is that , why I'm not allowed to have a copy of a document which I paid for the procedure and belongs to me?As a registered practitioner in any other field the patient has the right to have a copy of their file if they wish, up to 7-10 years. What's the difference for the eye prescription. To my understanding there is no concept of refusal for any patients or their lawyers requesting the copy of the files.What if the patient wants to compare the new prescription with the old one, and does not wish to go back to the previous clinic?The receptionist, Samantha, did not have any answer to my questions and instead she was offering me to book for another eye exam. Patients should not be abandoned to get their medical files, also they should not be forced to come back to the same centre if they don't wish to.I will further look into this with the college of optometrist.

Excellent customer service. Selection of frames was satisfactory and prices were very reasonable.

Fair prices but small selection of frames. Depending on the individual, customer service can be horrendous. Definitely don’t expect customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Very disappointed for a returned customer. My old glasses are broken and I want to get a replacement. However my prescription was from the end of 2018. They refused to let me select frames and insisted I had to get eye exams there first, as they do not use a 2 year old one. Come on! Everyone knows it is special time and I do not want to take extra risks!Not mentioning the guy is so rude, and I feel I probably I owed him 1000 dollars...

Very unpleasant experience. Lack of selection. One staff member named Lynette was extremely rude. Asked loads of condescending questions and could not answer many of my questions. Disturbing experience. Only one student staff was helpful. What a shame.

Very rude and curt customer service, very transactional, no hello, one moment please or thank you.Not what you would expect from Costco. They act like customers are a dime a dozen and know you’ll shop with them due to convenience and the Costco name.

I hesitated to visit this optical location after reading some reviews. To my surprise they were more than just friendly. Specially Mohamed, he gave me advise and reasons on which frames to choose based on my eye prescriptions. Mohamed was super helpful and even help me safe to get more out of my money. Big thank you to Mohamed and his team to make my visit a very pleasant one.

The optometrist , Nima Lachine, was so detailed and patient. He doesn't let the patient go without making sure her needs are met. He did a thorough eye exam on my mom and daughter. It was the first time I saw an optometrist spends that much time with patient. The staff was also friendly and polite. I definitely recommend this place.
