Incompetent and useless. Used these people for years. Back in January had minor flooding and called for advise, They couldn't be bothered to call back. After searching online for about an hour found another company who quoted me more than $100 less per month for same coverage. Brokers are supposed to BROKER best deal for you-PBL doesn't. Brokers are supposed to call you back when you need help-PBL doesn't unless they feel like it. And now, after cancelling with them 2 months ago, they sent me renewal papers-completely unnecessary and a waste of paper and now I have to watch my bank to be sure the idiots don't take another payment out. Well we'll pay you back if that happens

when I substituted my vehicle for a newly purchased vehicle, I did expect a higher insurance payment, but I was told that my next payment would remain the same as the old payment, and the new payments would commence next month. the payment had bounced and I couldn't understand why as I had $100 more than the payment due, I called back and was told that they tried to take a payment that was $200 more than the original payment, and did not tell me that they would be attempting the new payment for the new vehicle. I am now dealing with NSF fees and a late payment on my record due to their negligence and laziness. I'll be calling real brokers next week to find an insurance company that can do their job.
