This law firm was incredibly professional and immensely helpful. Making sure I had everything I needed, super quick and prompt service, and finishing everything on time and even before I needed it. They kept me up to date and took care of everything with such a high standard of care and time sensitivity that I couldn’t imagine going with any one else for closing my mortgage!! I was referred to this firm by a real estate contact. They charged a fee to meet for 30 minutes - most of which was spent with them in and out of the room photocopying materials, etc. They laid out a plan that was mostly about their fees and offered no value. Had this not been a referral from a trusted source I would not have met with them as this is a red flag. They assured me the fee would be applied to the file if I went forward - not that it was being charged should I choose to go elsewhere. I met with two other paralegals and then selected one who was able to provide a written letter that yielded immediate results and resolved the matter for less than this firms initial meeting fee. I strongly encourage others to meet with other firms before paying this fee to ensure that you have the best route forward. I did write to them expressing my concern at being charge $300 fee for an initial meeting that yielded no value and their advice was to pursue a court claim which was the opposite of the other two firms. Their response was unsatisfactory.

I've used Swiderski Law on two occasions to get legal documents notarized. On both occasions, the service was impeccable! Prompt bookings, kind staff, and an efficient process overall. I will definitely be going back to them for future legal services.
