Probably the worst mfood I have ever had in Winnipeg. The oil they used to cook the food was burnt and stale and made the food inedible

One of the rudest guy I’ve ever come across..!! Went to pick up and he was literally yelling for no reason and being weird …go to Tim’s if you don’t want to starve !!

My first time ordering from here and it turned out pretty great. I ordered Lo Mein, beef Chow mein and, a side of spring rolls. The portion sizes and the taste exceeded my expectations. I also did not expect the little packets of Soy sauce and plum sauce.I am very happy.

ordered $109 worth of food for takeout. they forgot several items and mixed up one of the dishes. food quality was very poor as the beef was over cooked and chewy and the chicken fried rice was burnt. called the owner and told him the situation and he yelled that we were too much trouble and hung up.

Pretty solid food, would say the veggies that we were given could have been topped with more chow mein noodles, but after you mix in the rice it's fine. Would stick to the combination plates and keep in mind the primary/first meat listed is gonna have decent portions but the second meat (usually the more expensive one, ex. Shrimp) are gonna have like 3 pieces.Atmosphere is ranked low just because it's a take out only service and there doesnt really need to be a good atmosphere anyway.Pretty good food, will be coming again.

I am so very disappointed with the Jade Inn now!!! Having grown up in the area and it being a go to place over the many years for so many people that have enjoyed the food there, it has become something that my family has found extremely disappointing.I do not recommend jade inn at all anymore.I would tell everyone to go just a little further north on Osborne and enjoy the oriental bowl. So much better!!

Ordered from uber eats besides being edible(this is a stretch) the chicken fried rice buy one get one free was the saltiest thing i have ever had the ginger beef(also salty) was overly breaded and was soggy when i got it when will restaurants learn vented plated for deliveried , wont be ordering anytime soon

We ordered from Jade Inn for the first time and we really wanted to like it but we ended up being very disappointed. We had two combination dinners, an order of breaded ribs, deep fried wonton and an order of crispy wings. The crispy Wings had so much dough as the breading , it was absolutely terrible and overcooked we ended up throwing half out see picture. The breaded ribs were very good tasting but there was very little meat on them it was like bone and breading. The combination plate with veal and chicken balls was okay but the chicken balls again heavy heavy breading, yuck. The other combination plate with chicken balls and shrimp again was okay, the shrimp were good but only received 2 1/2 shrimps a total rip off. The fried wonton was overdone as seen in the picture.The fried rice tasted just like soy sauce was added to white rice and a little bit of onion no veggies or nothing in the fried rice, plain and bland and not fried. Egg rolls were okay just like the frozen ones you would get at the store. The gentleman who served me when I picked it up was very pleasant he appeared to be the cook and maybe the owner, was not sure. We won't order from this place again unfortunately.

worst chow mein I've ever had in the city. blandest chicken ever. I don't understand how you can mess up a dish that has literally 7 ingredients. it tasted exactly like the chicken flavored Mr Noodles. I'd give it 0 stars if I could, ruined my day
