The internet service is reliable and fast but the price is the best part. The only criticism I have and I hope they improve is their customer support, it's a newer provider so I'm sure they'll get better. Thanks again for the great internet!

Been with these providers for the past 4+ yrs and have yet to find any problems with them...recently my router suddenly died and after a quick message via messenger...a call back soon sorted out the issue. A few days later a new router was sent out and a check up phone call was just receivedNice to work with a company that works with you...

Great service and great customer service. Really like the promptness of customer service agents. Today I upgraded my service and Abdur Rehman helped me in one single call, in less than 5 minutes. Thank you and please keep up the great work!!

Worst company we have ever dealt with in over 50 yrs. System did not work with equipment we were supplied with. Next door neighbors worked good. Everyone you talk to is extremely hard to understand. We went from it's a Roger's problem to your modem isn't working. Finally 3 days later we asked tech what to do...he said cancel service...so we did. Cost us 25.00 to send equipment back and they refused to give us our money back saying because we canceled there was a cancelation fee....We Had No Choice. They are the worst people to deal with. I definitely would not recommend them to my worse enemy. We went with another supplier...no problem at all with modem or Roger's lines. Also 3 people told us that a tech would come and install it as my husband had a knee replacement the day before, and we are 70 yrs old. We heard nothing but big lies. Don't use them!

Really good service, I have been using the same company since 2016, and I never had problems with my internet connection! Price is really competitive!

They didn't listen to my needs when I called to add tv service to our existing internet. Programming was wrong, and they think that their lousy list of on demand" shows is the same as a dvr service

I’ve been with gemstelecom since2019 and never had a issue .While moving , I had some problems with my net but the agent Hassan who assist me on phone was very professional and patient the entire time . He offer solution that worked and my net was restored the next day ! I totally recommend this company and a big thank you to Hassan for assisting the whole time .

Terrible experience with this company!!! The original modem they sent me stopped working after a few days so they sent me a new modem and router set. I kept having connectivity issues so I upgraded to higher speed. After upgrading to higher speed, I returned that equipment and when I terminated my contract to change to Bell, they kept insisting that I never returned that equipment. I took 3 hours of my day to figure this out in person and return the last modem and router set, yet after standing there for 45 minutes, they told me they need to check with IT and they will contact me again. They never did, and instead sent me another ''final invoice'', for me to pay for the ''missing'' equipment. They never updated me on if they looked into the equipment I returned and instead, sent my file to collections! Instead of just charging my initial method of payment, they think it's ok to bully customers with creditors! The lack of customer service and follow up is absolutely appalling, you cannot even speak to a manager when calling in, and going in person does absolutely nothing. They will say you haven't returned their equipment and then charge you 3x what it's worth. However, they will call you every month during your service asking you to leave a 5 star review on Google. I do not recommend this company to anyone at all!

One of those services that you just install and forget about it, as it just works and gives you no problems. Good price, quality and service.It just gives what's expected for a good price. And at the office, Francis es extremely gentle.
