We had a mini split A/C installed today. I am deeply impressed by the quality of service and the personal touch provided by Jason, Rahul and Sean. I was very satisfied with the customer care rep. to the repair guy that was sent out to get my AC up and running again. Upon arriving, Julian was very personable and made my family feel at ease. After the repair, Julian noticed a few issues with my AC that I wasn't aware of. After he made a few changes, I can honestly say that we are more comfortable. Highly recommend Romaniuk!

Romaniuk Heating & Air Conditioning
Recently had a furnace issue and had another company come twice and unsuccessfully fix our furnace. After talking with our neighbor they suggested we give Romaniuk a call. They were able to come out that afternoon. They got it up and running great all though the tech recommended a part to fix properly.Seeing as how the furnace is 17 years old, My wife and I decided to just go with a total new system including a/c as she is working from home now. We booked an appointment and Rod came out on a Thursday evening and put together a package for us. We had everything installed by the next Tuesday. Matt and his team did a fantastic job and explained everything that was done. We are extremely happy with the service from start to finish, I highly recommend Romaniuk heating & A/C.

I would recommend Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.Our tech Kody was amazing. He was knowledgeable professional and explained his process very well. The level of customer service from a tech point of view was excellent. The call center not so much. The call rep was not prepared to answer many questions. Perhaps more training????? Don't get me wrong, the call rep was professional and kind just not informational on pricing or services offered.When Kody arrived ( early) to complete what we thought was a simple job, little did we know that our AC unit was not installed correctly and needed much love. Kody was the right tech for job!!Thank you Kody you have restored our faith in customer service. If we could give u 10 out of 10 stars it still would not be enough!!!

We have used Romaniuk since we moved to Alberta 5 years ago. They are always reliable and trustworthy! Today we had our AC serviced so it was ready for the warm weather and Scott D was great! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Any tech that has come have always been wonderful! I highly recommend this company and their staff. Also, thanks for the band recommendation Scott, it was a great afternoon of music:)

We received a very professional consultation quote from Lennon, he took his time to explain all options available to us for a new furnace and A/C system answering all our questions, and we did not feel at all under any pressure to purchase. Our thanks to Lennon!We were very pleased with the excellent installation service we received from Sean and Rahul, they installed new furnace, A/C system, Humidifier and condensation pump. They were very pleasant, professional and hard working to give us a top quality install! Once completed they explained the complete system to us and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure to have them do this install for us and would recommend them to our family.Thank You!

We had a huge team for our furnace, water tank, humidifier, duct cleaning and AC. The entire process was super fast and extremely high quality. Rahul really took extra care to make sure that everything was optimized. There were a few unexpected issues with the old systems, but Rahul and the entire team worked to fix the entire system so that it is running perfectly. Whether it was replacing damaged ducting, finding inefficiencies in the old ducting or organizing wiring and venting, everything is the best that it could be.I definitely recommend going with this company! Included in this review are before and after photos of our furnace/humidifier/hwt.

Romaniuk Heating & Air Conditioning
Had an issue with our furnace and a friend recommended using Romaniuk. Walter came and had a look and was easily able to service our unit. He also took a quick look at our hot water tank and mentioned a few things to look out for as it was 14 years old already. No pressure to replace, just helpful advice.I would recommend this company to others and wouldn't hesitate to use them again should any other issues arise.

I would like to thank Josh K.& James M. for the work on the a/c install. Joseph B. and Matt R. for doing the Electrical upgrade also Nelson C the A/C estimator and Keenan B. the master electrician. You all made my life more comfortable.I highly recommend these fine young men. They are very skilled tradesmen.

Thank you Josh and James for your expertise, professionalism and respect for my property! Recently had a new AC unit installed...had some concerns with the initial install...I reported my concerns to Lyle (Supervisor) and he organised Josh and James (Installers) to take proper steps to complete the install as required. Josh and James came into my house with proper tools and clean mats to protect my home and communicated all the corrections/changes they were making to ensure I was happy with the install. The end result, they re-did the install, double checked everything again, and took the time to educate me on how to operate my new AC unit!Thank you Lyle, Josh and James...job well done!Thank you to Sabreena (Office agent) for letting me know the next steps on electrical inspection and permit details!
