Great service but when I use my car in the highway after I picked it up. I heard knocking sounds in my front left wheel and my steering wheel is shaking. When I check it, my lug nuts were not tighten zzzzz.... And my brakes became soft.

I have many reasons to mention why this place should not be trusted. 1. At the time of delivery, they promised for three weeks, but it took 45 days. 2. A small part of the whole was not repaired and painted because the insurance did not pay, and this is impossible and ridiculous. 3. The car brand is not installed. 4. They did not fix the safety belt clip.

Janna at reception is wonderful! I called with minor body damage to my front bumper and within a week the brackets were ordered and I had my car fixed. Excellent service beginning to end.

Excellent service. Repeat customer. Close to home. They gave me courtesy car while mine was being fixed. Girls at front desk were kind and helpful. One she even went to put gas in my courtesy car for me as I didn't get a chance to do it before returning car. They deserve a raise!

I forgot my new sunglasses in fixauto’s courtesy car, after a week it came in my mind about I forgot my sunglasses in there car, then I went back on that day they rented that car to someone else. After a month that car come back and they call me That they found your item.Thank you so much for returning my lost item. I really appreciate it. I am very grateful to you. Fix Auto did a good job on my car. I must say, they have a great detail named Andy (if I remember his name correctly). From what I've seen, he polished the car and waxed it very well. I have not seen the car without wax, as it hides defects. However, I will be doing so soon and updating this review. In general, the staff is pretty reasonable and they all seem to know what they are doing. The job looks to be done correctly. The only major improvement I would suggest is maybe asking the client if they would like to recycle any of their old stuff before throwing it.

Car was in an accident and the insurance company sent us here. Very polite and actually good and humourous wait. They provided a rental and fixed the car quite quickly under the large damages from an accident. We were happy with the repairs. Thank you
