Very happy with our new hardwood floors and the work done by Rome. Thanks to Mike and Chad for sorting out supply issues and getting us the Vintage floors we wanted.

They came, they saw, they conquered my carpet. Veni, vidi, vici. As the roman empires did 2 thousands years ago, they came with warriors prepared to battle the upper floor carpet and his many allies. They made a terrific job in 3 days for 5 rooms. The aftermath of the battlefield took 2 days to clean up due to the massive scale of the battle that my upper floor had to endure.The wooden floor has taken over the complete area and the carpet can only be found in the history book. It is a good day for the wood lovers. May we cherish it for the centuries to come.But yeah, super job, pro guys, funny people. They destroyed part of my ceiling but they came to fix it after, so all is fine and dandy.xxxxxx Would use again when the time comes to wage war against the stair's carpet.

This family run business has a wealth of knowledge between them and their staff on anything flooring/construction related not to mention their quality installation services. They seem to have a contact for anything (I needed a designer and they got me in touch with one who was excellent).Other than supporting the wrong soccer team lol, no issues at all. Highly recommend!Oh and if he is in, be sure to have a quick chat with the founder. Amazing!

Had carpet removed in 2 rooms and the rest of our hardwood floors lightly sanded & varnish applied. It's amazing what can be done to restore old hardwood! The stain that was applied to the different colour floors in the carpeted rooms matched next to perfectly to the other areas. The staff took great care in removing the staples/carpet and in the sanding/staining/varnish work and were knowledgeable with the process and letting us know what was happening throughout the project. We opted for water based varnish and are noticing the smell disapating much quicker than we had anticipated. Unfortunately not enough varnish was applied so we are having to find another solution to protect our floors, thus the 3 stars.

Nice place and Chad is very helpful! We were looking for 13 by 13 tiles and it is not available there, Chad recommend us another place, and we bought what we want. Very appreciated! Hardwood floor is very nice too, and price is reasonable.

Rome flooring refinished our hardwood floor, which was in pretty rough shape. We couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship. Jerry is a craftsman and a perfectionist. Everything from sales to the actual work was excellent!
