Silver Chopsticks
I recently visited Silver Chopsticks and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious pho! The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the meats were tender and juicy. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience.

Silver Chopsticks
Very good food. I had the shaken beef. My veggies just needed a minute or two more to cook in the pan or wok, the onions were a little too crunchy. I understand tender chips vegetables, but these were a little undercooked. The meats where very good. My wife had cashew chicken the meat was good but the veggies could have cooked a bit longer. Great service.

A great authentic Vietnamese restaurant where servers actually take your order rather than giving you a pen and paper to write down your order! The service here was great and the food was even better!I got a large Thai Mango Salad with Shrimp ($18.94) to share and the Vietnamese Southern Style Vermicelli ($16.95) for myself. Fish sauce for the vermicelli was perfectly sweet, salty and savoury. Both dishes were very delicious, fresh and flavourful! Not to mention, healthy and very filling!

Silver Chopsticks
This place is the only Vietnamese restaurant you'll find in the area and it's actually quite good. Being the only Vietnamese restaurant in North Etobicoke, I didn't expect much but upon my dining experience, I was very pleasantly surprised. The quality and taste of the food was both great and authentic. Pricing was a bit higher than your standard Vietnamese restaurant but the higher quality of food makes up the difference. Service was both friendly and attentive. Definitely would visit again.

If I were to nitpick, I'd say the salad was just huge chunks of veggies drizzled in balsamic. Pad Thai was great, as well. Nice presentation. I enjoyed my lunch. Totally recommend!

Today visited this place for the first time and were very impressed with the excellent service, friendly waiters, all the dishes looked beautiful and appetizing, and also very tasty, thanks for the evening!!♥️

Food was amazing, better than I would've expected. Service was friendly and fast. Their outdoor patio has a nice barrier so you can't see the roadway right beside you.

Came in to get the Pho by myself, sat down, ordered my food, and it came out within 5 minutes. Flavours were amazing, and the atmosphere was really inviting. From one foodie to another, this place is a must go. Can't wait to go back soon!

Very tasty and unique Vietnamese dishes! Being Vietnamese myself, I have tried a lot of Vietnamese restaurants and I can say Silver Chopsticks is ranking high on the list. Creativity and great mix of traditional and modern Vietnamese flavours! Great service and excellent atmosphere. Definitely give it a try =)

Food was okay. Not to special. The restaurant I believe close at 1030 pm when we called. And they said last seating was 930 pm. However, we came there I believe before 9 pm and they kind of rushing us to order and told us that it will be our last call to order food.They gave us kind of not to fresh basil (lots of black marks on the leaves). When I asked the new ones, they said those leaves are good actually but they will give us new ones anyway. I am not sure if I don't understand the bad leaves or what. But as my knowledge, it still eatable but I don't think it would be good for restaurant to serve fresh blackened basil leaves. Picture of the leaves in my attachment.
