Very quick to respond to questions. They are extremely organized and have helpful tools to make large fundraising projects easy for the coordinators! Not to mention the items are delicious!!!!!

I have done 2 fundraisers through Western Direct Fundraising and I must say that they have great customer service. They are helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this Fundraiser as a less time consuming method to fund-raise. Plus the FOOD is DELICIOUS!

I am a facility manger for a large childcare organization and we use Western Direct at least once a year for the last few years at my location. I have been very pleased with not only our fundraising profits but also the customer service! Susan at Western Direct is excellent at accommodating whatever we may need as well is always available to offer assistance if needed. We will for sure being using them again in the future!

Over the years I have done many fundraisers. Western Direct is by far the best and the only one we do now. We have worked with them for about 8 years. The quality of the food and the profits are amazing. Susan, makes it so easy to run. The staff who deliver are very friendly and helpful. There has never been a mistake with my order.
