Cascade Hand Cut Crystal Inc.
I was so upset when my great-grandmothers glass pitcher was broken recently. Cascade fixed it for me - it turned out great! I'm so relieved that it can go back in its place in her china cabinet (that I also have) in the spot that has been in for almost 100 years. Reading a few of the other reviews, some say they are too expensive, but I totally disagree! What they do is something that takes a high degree of experience and it is an art form, and worth EVERY PENNY. Thank you Cascade!!

Cascade Hand Cut Crystal Inc.
Recently had antique glass repaired after breakage. He does excellent work, making the lines from the break barely noticeable. For a centrepiece with two chips, you can't tell where the repairs are!!! One chip piece was missing, so he actually engraved the pattern into the area and it looks seamless. Highly recommend his work!

Cascade came to the rescue and replaced a rare crystal component of an antique family heirloom lamp. The task was not an easy one, but they did a fantastic job. Toronto is lucky to have a local business like this.

I brought my Swarovski unicorn to them. The tail and horn had both broken off. I lost the horn entirely. They made a brand new horn that looks identical to the original. They were able to reattach the tail and fill in the bits that were missing. It looks as good as new!

I spent five years looking for someone who could repair an antique mantle clock that my husband's family brought over from Europe. The clock was incased completely in beveled glass. Two of the panels were curved glass. I had the clock to many restoration houses and no one would touch it. Cascade Hand Cut Crystal restored the clock to its original brilliance. They were accurate with their estimate and completed the job on time. They were pleasant to work with and we did most of the discussions over the phone and internet as I did not live in Toronto. I would highly recommend them for any high end restoration project.

CASCADE cemented a corner approx. 1.5 cubic inch single piece broken off chunk of my crystal chandelier's crystal block and the repair was almost invisible. I only saw the thinnest and faint hairline because I knew it was there. Don't repair your own glass or crystal let these professionals with so much experience do it. I know I would have regretted attempting to glue it back myself.

To whom it may concern.I had a very simple thing to do and they did not manage to do it.If you you want to fit beveled glass into the frame you perhaps would guess that all sides have to be trimmed? People in this company had no time thinking about it and cut vintage one-of-a-kind no-replacement-whatsoever etched glass on one side, shifting the design off-center and inevitably the whole thing into the ditch.Meanwhile they are good in accounting - they had no problem charging for the lousy job.

I brought an art sculpture to Casade in hopes of having a broken tip reattached. While the piece was attached I found the finishing on the joint to be less than adequate. It looked like someone had left a piece of tape on the joint. I had to gently sand down the joint area using wet sandpaper to get it to a respectable glossy look. While the repair was well done, it felt as though they gave up on the finishing of it.
