Excellent customer service at this location from all the staff! My dental hygienist is 10/10. All the staff treat patients with so much care and understanding and put the patient needs at the forefront. I like coming here and will continue to! I highly recommend this place to everyone living in the area!

From the start, it was clear that the best asset of Dentistry on Queen is its staff. All members that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. the medical staff was well-prepared and was great at answering my questions clearly. The office is very well-maintained and has a modern look to it.

Great and convince location! Very friendly and professional staffs! Carleen who cleans my boy friend's teeth was super nice and she explained each step that she was doing. I have had mixed experiences with Dentists, Dr. McMartin is definitely one of the good ones. He took the time to explain the issues and non-issues, making sure my concerns were met and addressed potential problems, and laid out all the options. I don’t enjoy going to the Dentist but he has made it less stressful. I hope that the future visits are as good as this one. His assistant and the administrative staff were also fantastic and friendly. I felt very comfortable in this office.Update:Carleen is a wonderful dental hygienist. She is very thorough, patient and with her feather -touch, I only heard her scraping away my tartar build up. Absolutely fantastic experience. Dr. McMartin is still amazing, addressing all of my new and old concerns.

Great place, a bit biased as sister is my hygienist, but all staff have been great, engaging, friendly. Dr Arin is always a hoot. He explains things in plain English and always lays out the necessities, I never feel like he’s pushing unnecessary treatment. Even if I didn’t have family ties, this would still be my go-to office. You guys are great!

I always have a great experience when I go to dentistry on Queen west. The front desk staff greet warmly and are always helpful. My hygienist, does a great job with my teeth and is also kind, helpful and friendly. The dentists are informative and thorough during check-ups. Both dentists and hygienists are great about monitoring any changes. I pay out of pocket so I appreciate them explaining any costs before treatment. And they make recommendations based on what is immediately necessary versus possible treatments that can wait. I recommend dentistry on Queen west. They are a great team.

The customer service, attention to detail and they way they make their patients feel safe and calm is remarkable.I went in for a examination and cleaning and the entire staff made me feel not only welcome but calm and safe.I have a tendency to get anxious and nervous at the dentist, but Dr Arin, the entire staff and team and this location made me feel a bit more at ease when it came time to get my examination and cleaning.

Love coming to the Dentistry on Queen. It’s super clean and the staff are always friendly. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist in the past but Carleen, my hygienist has definitely changed my perspective. She is super gentle, very knowledgeable and leaves you with impeccable teeth and a bag of dentistry goodies! Would highly recommend.
