I was looking for a very specific adapter for my roof rack, and while they didn't have it in stock they did offer to order it in. However, before that they gave me an alternate to try out so I wouldn't have to wait for shipping.By comparison Rack Attack told me that the part I was looking for didn't exist, and offered to sell me a several thousand dollar full new rack system instead.

Had Line X sprayed into the tub of my pickup. The whole process was smooth and fast. Grant and his team did an excellent job, the attention to detail is spot on. Will definitely return in the future!

I had Line x applied to my truck bed. First they stripped some paint from the prep work, they refused to fix that. Then I moved a book shelf and it tore a strip right off the line x on the wheel well. Then continued to lift off the truck bed. It was never bonded to the paint properly.Line X offers a life time warranty and says it will never tear or lift. These guys would not honour the warranty and refused to fix it correctly unless I wanted to pay the top hourly rate.They ended up doing a botch job and it still is not bonded to the paint. Mistakes happen but honour your work. Go to any other Line X, don’t bother dealing with them. I’d give zero stars if I could.

The customer service is exceptional. They respond to emails promptly, answer questions thoroughly, and give you fair estimates and prices.

I needed a brake controller installed on my SUV, it already had wiring and a hitch. I called to arrange this, and they were super helpful and friendly on the phone, they explained what I would be getting, the price and how long I would be there for. They offered me a Bluetooth version or a regular version of the brake controller on the phone. When I brought in my vehicle for the appointment, I was early and they took me right away. The gals were all super friendly in the shop. The phone was ringing off the hook, people were coming and going, it’s clearly a busy place yet they still take the time with each customer that they need to. It was a great experience!

I've been going to Burnaby hitch for years and they have always served me well. I knew Louie the owner when he was an employee, now owner and he has transformed this business from trailer serving to a thriving business which provides almost anything you need for your truck. I am a landscaper and bought a hiniker plow and salt dog salter from them and they did a great job setting me up. Patti is his sister and she is absolutely fantastic! She really is an essential part of his business. They evolved so far from the earlier days, where they do linex bed spaying, or anything that has to do with getting your rig up to snuff. Great place, great people. He has got me out of a jam more than once.
