No HH close to me had stock on a stepladder I was looking for, but Harrow HH was showing online they had one. Its a long drive, so I decided I better call first to confirm stock. They said they had it. So after I drive there, somebody actually checks, and they don't have stock. They are not close to me anyways, but I will definitely never being visiting that store again.

Harrow Home Hardware Building Centre
Gord and Scott and all the staff go above and beyond being helpful. It is a pleasure shopping in the store. We moved to the Harrow area 3 years ago. Scott came over with the forklift and unloaded a tractor trailer for us. Last year they delivered a load of blocks with their lift truck. Yesterday they brought a freezer over that we had ordered. Way to go, you are the best.Thank you from Luigi and Hilary Zullo

Cashier charged me over $41.00 for 3 screws which are only .33 cents each. Thank God I looked at my bill to see I was overcharged by $40.00. Questioned cashier and she said, It is the sign of the times." What does that mean???? Inflation???? Screws went up in price????? She was upset when asked her to charge me properly. Please look at your bill when you go to any store."

Great store extremely knowledgeable staff if your not sure what you need to do a job or how to do they can guide you in the right direction not like the big box stores that want to sell you something and get you out there, the paint department is also the best around sandy is very helpful with colour choices and what brushes and rollers work best
