If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible, slow service and poor attitude from the supervisor. Ordered a standard breakfast sandwich. After waiting 15-17 minutes they informed us they ran out of eggs and tried to give it to us without. I suggested they change it to a grilled cheese and they complained saying it was more money. For the long wait you would think they would be more accommodating. No, they insisted on issuing a refund to charge us the extra dollar or so, making it an even longer wait for the other customers.

For just over 5 months, I have been using the Tim's on Millennium Drive Quispamsis, lways order the same thing. I order my 4 Cheese Bagel lightly toasted with butter, but have thrown more out than I care to mention. They are burnt and to me not edible. I have complained, brought the burnt ones back. I have asked them to put it through on the fastest setting so it is basically just warm. Still, it's burnt. I'm fed up. What's the point complaining to them, it never changes.

Paid $6.86 for a BLT sandwich.Bread is so hard it hurts the teeth to chew. It's like I ordered it on a crouton.Bacon was nearly raw. I understand that the bacon here comes precooked in a package and gets microwaved before it's served. MICROWAVE IT please.3 tomatoes on it we're awful. 2 were shredded scraps, and 1 was 80% green and literally had the entire stem surface on it. None should've been chosen to go on food.Lettuce just looks gross all the time.Shame on employees who allow such poor quality food to go to a customer.You have chosen a customer service career, but you can't be bothered in the slightest to maintain a positive image for your employer, and you can't be bothered to take any care whatsoever while producing a product for your customers.That is pathetic.

Service is terrible. What's the point in having a second speaker if you're not going to use it. Waited 15 minutes and still nothing. It seems like every four times I visit three of them go this way. You will not have my business anymore, I wish people would realize their spending power and not support lazy franchises like this. Do better!

I work close to this Tims so its convenient to go to for a bite to eat, but they almost always mess up my order. Just today i had asked for a small coffee but they charged me my small coffee plus a large coffee that i never ordered. I understand they are short staffed but seriously.

Terrible customer serviceI felt like the employees just press random buttons when I placed my order because nothing was right. Took over 15 minutes to order and get my food. Still forgot 2 items I ordered and I just refused to wait any longer.Love Tim Hortons, won't be back to this one though. Awful.

Staff here are great, but Tim's model of customer service sucks. Been in line for 10 min with 9 people ahead of me and 5 behind me, the same 9 since I came in. I have since counted 20 cars go through drive through. How can this happen, walk in and drive through are just as important. Open the second cash and treat us well because we're the reason your in buisness....or have you forgot.

The weekend staff need to be retrained. At the drive-thru window there were at least 6 employees standing around chit-chating and not paying attention to orders. They are messing up orders on a regular basis. I live nearby and frequent this location, and have found that these issues are becoming more common and intensify on weekends.
