Can’t say enough of the level of service. Had an issue with my hot tub and they looked after it!

I have used Clear Choice several times for repairs to my hot tub and have always been more than satisfied. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and always make things right. I also find their rates very fair. I would highly recommend them.

This is one of the best Companies I have ever dealt with--bar none! They were totally honest, delivered promises on time, were extremely helpful in making decisions and delivery on time-----something that is very rare today.I highly support these guys and will call them at anytime to help me

Called 3x to clean & inspect, didn't vacuum, dropped pucks and left, charged credit card more than quote without explanation. Pool was still green for the entire time when asked to drop off water sample store manager insisted its customer fault, would not let me speak, went off on a tantrum kicked me out & called the police. Never have I ever endured worse customer service.

I just had the best experience buying a new BBQ from owners Rob and Karen Brown at Clear Choice in Collingwood. By listening to my needs I just received the perfect BBQ for me. They are very knowledgeable about the various types of bbqs and all the unique features. What I loved most was that they followed through with all timelines. For a slight and reasonable charge, the BBQ was built and delivered. This was something that I needed. I would definitely recommend buying your next BBQ at Clear Choice!

Recently bought a $50 bbq brush here and was told it was 'the only bbq brush you will ever need from now on' - on first use the brush completely melted. Went back to store and was told I should have only used it on a cold, non-heated bbq. I have asked pretty much every friend I've seen since this happened and not one person cleans their bbq without it being heated (to help remove the grind). It was pointed out to me that it says, in very fine print on the tag that was on the brush, that it should be used only on a non-heated bbq. I will confess, it never occurred to me to read the label on a bbq brush, for obvious reasons. The clerk who sold it to me said they would aim in the future to point this out to people, yet offered no solution for mine.I bought this brush to use on the $2500 bbq I bought less than a month ago from this store, which I could have purchased at any number of locations, but thought I would try and 'support local'. If you wonder why people prefer to go to the big box stores over these smaller, local stores it is because of the service mentioned above.

Thank you for keeping us warm! Our furnace died a couple of weeks ago and Clear Choice came to the rescue. Their technician showed up right away, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the replacement part.We had our furnace working in no time and to make it even better, he fixed the noisy fan that we had been living with since it was new.Thank you Collingwood Clear Choice for keeping us warm. I highly recommend Rob, Karen, and their staff for friendly, knowledgeable and quick service.

We switched over to Clear Choice for our pool closing / openings. The pool was closed yesterday by the Clear Choice staff and I must say that it was an excellent experience! The crew was thorough and quick with the closing. They know what they are doing. Additionally, the cost to close was significantly less than the previous company we were using. Looking forward to the pool opening in the Spring!

I called clear choice collingwood to fix my hot tub. They said they would call back to schedule an appointment. They randomly showed up 2 weeks later with zero notice.We paid them $500+ & they never fixed the problem. I called them back to let them know the issue wasn’t fixed. They offered to come back out again but is going to charge me $95.00 just to come out.When I questioned why I would have to pay another service fee when they hadn’t fixed the problem in the first place they lady on the phone started listing the work they did do….thank for replacing a bunch of random parts but you just scammed me if the original problem wasn’t fixed!

A fantastic business. Karen and Rob truly care and it really does feel like a family owned business. I went to Collingwood clear choice to replace my pool water heater and they were very knowledgeable. They recommended a Hayward heater and it’s been absolutely fantastic. Another company installed another brand previously and it was awful. Collingwood clear choice replaced it and my pool heater is functioning 100%. They came on time, the installation was on point and they came out one more time when my pool opened up. I highly recommend this company
