I am a contractor and been to many places for flooring but i find these guys with the best price in town for vinyl and ceramic tiles. They got nice showroom and great selection on top.Definitely coming back !

Worst customer service! Called me 9pm the night before install and raised the price, last minute. An increase of 1000 dollars. Poor communication. Waited weeks and they threw our whole renovation plans off. We Tried to work with them to resolve the issue. Was hung up on with no further communication. We are still waiting on a refund or communication on moving forward, as we have a timeline with the renovation.

After seeing an ad on Facebook, we decided to check out Impact for our new homebuild. Mandeep was helpful, knowledgeable and has great prices. We will be going back to check out the tile and backsplash when we are ready.

After shopping around for a couple of months to find flooring options and prices I decided to stop by impact flooring, where i was greeted by store employee Mandeep Tiwana , he did an excellent job with communicating with me and discuss all options . All i can say is that the flooring I bought turned out to be great for our home and the price was in our budget. Thank you Mandeep for your great service and will return for our future renovations.

0 stars but choosing at least one was required - Impact Flooring just short-changed me by almost 50% on product purchased after admitting the fault was entirely their negligence. I was the winning bidder at a recent auction Impact Flooring participated in. My certificate says I have purchased 55 boxes of hardwood flooring, each box covers approx.33 sq.ft. totalling approx. 1815 sq.ft. As our arranged pickup date approached Impact called to say upon opening the skid they discovered there was only 32 boxes, each covering 31 sq.ft. totalling 992 sq.ft. Impact claimed the manufacturer had changed the specs and packaging" and then that "an employee had supplied the wrong information to the auction". I said I would be open to working something out regarding the outstanding product owed to me as per the agreement all parties had signed up for. They said no
