Went for an interview for a Sales Account Manager Position (keep in mind I have well over 4 years of experience in this field) and was interviewed by the Branch Manager and her Senior Recruitment Consultant (more like a Jr. right out of school).Did the regular interview process and was being asked questions from a printed google questionnaire.Ohh and while on vacation; the Recruiter called me about 6 times (with Voicemail) she couldn't reach me; why did I disappear and she wanted to speak. She had the aducatiy to tell me that she couldn't reach me because I gave her my wrong email address (I think not); she typed it in wrong; and started the blame game with me.After all said and done, only took about 2-3 weeks to get back to me; so I did my email and phone call follow-ups. They wanted to do my references (at this point 95% of the time an offer letter usually comes) which I agreed to.After letting my references know and after following up; the Manager had the nerve to speak with me on the phone and let me know that I seemed to aggressive in my follow-ups and the way I spoke to her employees. Guess they haven't dealt with anyone that has balls.. Literally; after all there's all ladies and probably one guy working there.It's sad; because there's so much going on from there; everyone seems lost and distraught. You can literally see it in some of the employees faces. Oh and don't get me started on doing things old school (paper everywhere).

Amazing staffing agency! They have a very good team of recruiters especially Brenda, Paulette and Corey. They have been very supportive and understanding with me and I really appreciate the efforts that they put in every day to get job seekers like me to get the right jobs. This was the only staffing company to give me my first break in Canada when all others were rude and couldn't help me at all. I would recommend every job seeker to go and meet the team personally and start their careers with them.

Went there for AZ driver position, did application with simrat ghuman and she told me that she will arrange the road test for the next day at 2 pm, i waited the whole day but no response from her then on the next day i called her asked her about it she said she forgets to send my application to Walmart and she gonna do it the other day. I told her that wouldn’t it be professional to call me and let me know about that she didn’t send my application and didn’t get a chance to arrange the road test because i wasted my whole day for her response. Anyways i went for the road test and did the two days orientation with Walmart which was Thursday and Friday. She (simarat ghuman) called me on the last of the orientation which was Friday that if i wanted to go for the two days In-cab training next week Monday and Tuesday. I told her yes and asked her about the time i have to go she said she will let me know and again same thing happened i waited whole day Monday and called her the same day asking her about the training she replied that she didn’t get the response from Walmart about it and once she get it she will arrange for the training. Why did you call me on Friday asking me about the training on Monday and Tuesday when you were not even sure that Walmart gonna let it happen. All i am going to say that i had very Unprofessional experience with them they should’ve let me know that this amount of time will take to send you to the job. Its already been a month and i am still waiting for the reply from her and what i guess is that drake international doesn’t give a value to your time. They should’ve send me to the orientation before they know about the in cab training and the shift pick up because if the other person have to wait for the reply about the shift they don’t want then those two days were just a waste of time. Please be professional about your job and let people know that how long they have to wait.

Sidak preet told me there a driving job available gave all my information for no reason just for him to say no it got filled, they blindly tell people we got jobs available but they don’t

I worked with you guys and received money for less hours . You guys need to take your employees seriously . If anyone from company can reach me , please contact me as keeping someone’s money is completely illegal and I need to speak with someone about it and it’s very serious as some action need to be taken on urgent basis

Looks like they need to update their google hours. Online it says open but when we actually go there, it says they are closed due to COVID and working online. If you upload the same thing online as well, it’s better so that nobody would bother coming all the way to your office in a hope to register themselves for work. That’s really bad service that make people suffer. They also don’t pick up the call, I tried calling them to check if we can do the registration online or it’s in person. They don’t pick up nd when we go there, we see a notice on their door.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews. This is my first bad review ever. Worst agency with arrogant and misleading recruiters. They tell you job description as something but the job turns out to be something completely different and when you confront them and resign they lecture you for professionalism. I went somewhere for three days and resigned as it was something i did not signup for and this recruiter had the audacity to tell me serve two weeks notice. For what? For you telling me wrong things and then not accepting it? For you being in professional? For you not having guts to accept that you made a mistake?Stay away from drake. Better find a job little late than working with these uninformed people.

Staff is pretty good and an honest branch.
