I live here for almost 2 years. The place is very quieted and the community is great. The pool.is always clean as the little gym too.

There are four condo buildings here. My Friend had been renting his unit but now needs to go to a Senior building, or he would have keep living here. He enjoyed his stay here. Buildings are well kept, clean and good lighting. Grounds are also well kept. A nice place for anyone to live at.

I was helping a friend move and was pleasantly surprised by the immaculate moving room. Worked for moving companies for long time and the moving/garbage rooms always stink of garbage

Buildings appear well maintained and public areas were clean. Nice condominiums and close to shopping and recreation. Bus service right at the entrance.

I've helped a client buy and now sell in this building and the staff is great. Status certificate processing is very prompt and they cooperate really well. Everytime i've visited, i've seen residents and they seem very friendly
