Intact Service Centre

So far good but...not finished with vehicle. Been great at keeping me informed. Huge difference from last experience. That was a minus -10.

Have a mixed review of this place. First they told me that my vehicle was going to be repaired so I only took the items out of my car that I needed. I figured I was getting it back. About 20 mins later as I’m halfway home they call me to inform it’s going to be a write off and that someone will collect the items from my car and I can come pick it up. The advisor told me the technician said they would fix it, this shouldn’t be told to customers as this is misleading if they’re not 100% sure. After I picked my things up I didn’t notice until a thought about it a few days later that they did not collect a few items from my car. I know this because they took certain items out of the glove compartment and my trunk where I had certain things, and some things in those locations were not in the bag they gave me. Very disappointing that they kept some of my things, around $100 worth plus a sentimental thing I had hanging on my car mirror. Just be worry and make sure you remove EVERYTHING from your vehicle even if they tell you that your vehicle will be fixed.

This place is awesome. The team is always friendly and they have the BEST coffee machine! LOL.

Phone line says hours are starting at 8 and says open at 7. Company Prioritizes fining you preemptively rather than making sure they take money out on the date they told you. Joke of a company

At then end of 2021, before christmas, I was unfortunately T-Boned by someone running a stop sign. My insurance was with Intact, so they directed me to this location. Staff were friendly and attentive. However the problems started once they were supposed to work on my car. They set me up with a rental car, covered by insurance until my vehicle was done. However, once they found out the parts that were being ordered were a few weeks away, after about a week of having the rental, they called me setting up a time for me to return the rental and pick up my damaged, unfixed vehicle. I told them I wasn't available to do so for a few days, and they told me I had the end of the week to bring back the vehicle or they were going to start charging me. My policy clearly stated I had enough coverage of costs to last me months. I foolishly brought back the rental, and picked up my personal vehicle which had an allignment issue and two broken bumpers. I ended up telling my brokerage and they contacted Intact themselves. A couple weeks later, corporate called me to apologize. Not to offer anything, or get me back into a rental before the parts came in, but just to say sorry. Eventually I got my vehicle fixed, and I still felt there were underlying issues that weren't fixed, but yet again I foolishly did nothing about it. It wasn't until today where I went under my vehicle to do some maintenece that I realized they had sheared two mounting bolts and countless clips holding my plastic skid plate to the metal one. The broken bolts are beyond frustrating, but my bigger issue lies in the fact that now I am worried about how safely my bumpers are mounted onto the vehicle. Should someone else decide to ram into my car, I will most definitely be taking my car to a mechanic I trust, not their in-house service.

I just had a service completed here. Since the moment I entered I was greeted very kindly by the person at the front desk.I was given instructions and info about the whole process from the start.I was kept updated weekly about the status of my car repairs.All staff were very friendly and helpful.The place is clean and there is enough sitting room. There’s a small station with teas/coffee.Overall a very good professional service.

This is a Garbage fraud non professional, very rude staff , I suguest never go for service to this company , My brother had accident this compnay service his Nissan Pathfinder 2020 , nothing was work normally , he claimed again to insurance for reinspection to another service center because mechnics are unprofessionals , Manager is rude even insult their client's .....

Response time sucks and took over a month before they gave the go ahead" to fix my car. Said I was not at fault but still wouldn't wave the $500 deductible (even though the vehicle that hit me was stolen and the owner of the vehicle admitted it was his fault as he left his keys in the ignition with it running! First visit in 54 yrs. Never went thru this process all the staff were friendly and very helpful and walked me thru the whole process. Explained it all to me . Not as bad as I thought very quick service.Thanks Again

I got into an accident so I had to make a claim. Intact Service Centre took care of everything for me, it was incredibly hassle-free and easy. The insurance representative that handled my claim was Cody. He was awesome, very kind, informative and accommodating, and made my entire insurance claim a very stress free experience. Cody really took care of me, and it was a pleasure having him as my representative. Asif from Enterprise handled my rental, and he was also pretty great. Fantastic customer service from both companies. Intact Service Centre's entire process was surprisingly very streamlined and smooth. I was very happy when I got my vehicle back after repairs had been completed. The workmanship was extremely impressive, the shop did a phenomenal job repairing my vehicle. It literally looks brand new. They also got my vehicle's interior detailed after it was all done as well, and I was super happy to see that. After such a frustrating inconvenience of getting into an accident, Intact Service Centre really took care of me, and did an excellent job at that, with no stress at all. I could not be happier with the amazing service I received, and the spectatular repair job done to my vehicle. Honestly, hats off to you all!! 10/10, I would highly recommend Intact insurance to anyone!!
