Ok this was a crazy review.I was about to leave an absolutely horrible one. One star. I originally called because I needed a part. I was placed on hold several times. Knowing it was busy I was happy to wait. However a gentleman in the parts counter asked for tge part number. Placed me on hold and forgot about me. It would have been nice to be notified that he was going to help other customers or get back to me. That didn't happen.I called back and the wonderful receptionist looked into the part for me. Thennnn an amazing angel of parts Chris (I could be wrong on the name) cled me back and processed the order with such an amazing attitude and ended up being such a great transaction. Thank you so much.

It’s May 9th, 2021 - day 1 of new lockdown measures in the fight against COVID-19. It’s also Mother’s Day, my son’s 2nd birthday and we have no place to go. We drive out to Oak Bluff to tour the John Deere tractors at Enns Brothers. The store is closed but there are two staff vehicles outside of the building. As we park, I see a technician by his vehicle and explain the significance of the day and why we’re there. He’s understanding and welcoming. We walk along the outer fence revelling at the giant tractors and other impressive toys. My 6 year old and and 8 year old are as equally entertained as the 2 year old birthday boy. We wave to the technician as he drives off the site and walk back to our van. There, left on the windshield, was a mini John Deere tractor toy new in the box and a toddler Enns Brothers hat. As magical as it was, I wasn’t all that surprised because Enns Brothers is the kind of place that knows exactly how to go above and beyond.

Bought a new Honda Gererator. Called in the morning & there were non available but Drew took my number and said he would see if he could find me one. Called me back within 15 mi utes and said he found one. I went down & he serviced it. Did the warranty for me and even carried it out to my car. That's the type of employee you want working for you. Knowledgeable & super Friendly. AAAA

Took my 2 year old here because of the toy section. He had a great time! Friendly staff, great location. Highly recommend as a quick toy store trip. Can't comment on any of the grown up stuff though.

Went there looking for mower, sales staff were eager to help and answer all my questions, didn't have much for stock but was quick to find me what I wanted at another location.

Great experience ordering my 2022 Sea Doo Spark Trixx at Enns Brothers Oak Bluff! Nolan Allard was great to deal with and locked in pricing despite all the delays from the manufacturer. Chris Leclair was extremely knowledgable and helped me find the right accessories so I was ready to hit the lake the very same day! Will definitely be ordering another one through these guys again!

Delivered here, forklift driver never spoke a word, signed the wrong paperwork and then it was a huge problem to get them sign the correct paperwork, extremely rude people.

I go to get oil change kit. I had $110 cash on me and bill was $114. I said just visa the remainder. He asks visa the whole thing? I replied no, take the cash and visa the remainder. He then does the surprised look on his face and mouths Wow"! I piped up and asked if this was a problem? He replies "extra paperwork". Wow buddy

Updating my response, May 5 2022.The reason for such a low review unfortunately I wasn’t able to leave a review before (unsure why)I tried to deal with this dealership on 2 separate occasions, the first was when I wanted to buy an bike, they had told me my application was denied because I was to young and not enough credit history. (Which I knew was a lie, because I had good credit) I called the bank myself and they had said an application was never submitted. Ended up purchasing at another dealer and had my bike ordered and delivered within a couple months after a 5 min phone call.The second was after I purchased my bike I needed warranty work done and they refused me and said I had to take it to the original dealer I bought it from. (Another lie)I’m not exactly sure why this dealer refuses to do business with me, but after 2 times I’ve gotten the hint!
