Hudson College

Excellent experience! Hudson is a hidden gem. Good quality education, well organized, it's worth the time and money! My daughter used to attend a school that was quoted 9 out of 10 according to the EQAO rating system. That school was an absolute disaster. Since we switched to Hudson, the kid has progressed a lot academically, started liking school again and is considerably happier. I highly recommend Hudson College.

My daughter has been a high school student at Hudson College for the last three years.We chose Hudson because of small class sizes and the quality of the teachers. Jack and his team are career educators. They understand how to get kids excited about school. My daughter has enjoyed the international aspect of Hudson and has made some wonderful friends. I would highly recommend Hudson to those looking for a high quality education for their kids.PS - they have wonderful March Break trips. My daughter has travelled to Europe twice with the school!

I have been delighted with Hudson so far. My child is in junior kindergarten and the teacher is wonderful. She is very gentle and comforting to the children and very informative to the parents. In regards to the school in general I am more than happy with the services. The other teachers that I have encountered are all so warm and welcoming. The community of the school is fantastic. The school provides a great environment for children to learn and grow.

Hudson College is a great school. I am so pleased with the education my son received this past year and i can't recommend Hudson College enough.

My teenage son loves the school! What else to add :)As a parent, I really appreciate that teachers and school staff keeps us informed about academic progress but also about any and all school activities and management decisions. The transparency and collaboration with parents is fantastic. The school offers tons of extracurricular and small size classes ensure very interactive and engaging studying.

This is the best High School that I have ever had the honor to study at. I am an International Student, but Hudson College made me feel like home. The teachers are amazingly supportive and I made some of my best friends. The class size is one of HC's strength because small class size of max 20 students/class allows teacher and students to interact and focus more. If I could, I would do this whole grade 12 at Hudson College again! <3

My daughter just finished her 9th year at Hudson and my son has completed 7. We love the school! Both of my children have thrived academically due to the small class sizes and the dedication of the staff. My kids have taken part in many extra-curricular activities, clubs and sports teams, as well as yearly musical productions. I love that they start learning band instruments in grade 5. Great school!

We currently have our three children enrolled at the Lower School at Hudson College and could not be more pleased with our choice. Our children wake up every morning wanting to go to school. This, to us, speaks volumes that they are truly receiving a positive learning experience. Small class sizes and a wonderfully dedicated teaching and support team have built a very strong sense of community within the school. Our children are able to be themselves, have fun, learn and at the same time respect each other. We love Hudson and would recommend it to any family looking for a great school.

My son is new to the school this year. Our experience has been wonderful so far. The admissions process was a welcoming and engaging one. It was clear that the admissions team wanted to ensure that my son was comfortable before a decision for enrolment was provided. They answered all his questions thoroughly and encouraged him to spend a day at the school to get a good understanding of the day-to-day activities and collegial environment that he would be in, before offering him an official acceptance into the school. I appreciated the diversity of styles and backgrounds of the administrators, teachers and students. The school seems really progressive and supportive of their students and families.

My daughter joined in grade 7, a few weeks into the school year from a large local public school. We chose Hudson because we thought she would benefit from a smaller school environment and that smaller class sizes might allow her different kinds of opportunities to participate. She has been a Hudson student for about a month so far and she is really enjoying it. She’s a bit quiet, so I was a bit apprehensive about switching schools but it’s clear this was a good move for her. She is making friends and I worried she’d feel behind but the teachers have made it easy for her to feel like she already fits in. We are impressed by the high, but clear and easy to understand, expectations the teachers set, and the interesting assignments she has been getting.
