The building and the management are always helpful. The 5 stars are for the exceptional service provided by John-the Superintendent and for Ken, the owner of this building who is really understandable and empathetic towards all odd situations and it is very rare to get such people at this level. Good and fantastic place to stay as family. We miss this place :-( after staying for almost 2 years.

In disrepair, especially out back covered in garbage. Massive pot hlles in drive way.
