Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store
Classic cottage general store. Super friendly staff. Has everything you need and more. Ice cream, fries are great The only negative is the pizza. Over priced and sub par. Definitely not worth the price. 3.5 out of 10 for the pizza. Everything else 10/10

Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store
We had so much fun with our canoe on Eagle lake. We waited out the storm at the Country Store and enjoyed the Kawartha Ice Cream (okay, my partner did) and the fresh cut fries. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to us.

Amazing little shop. They truly have just about anything one could want or need. Both of the owners (and kiddos) are extremely welcoming and very kind. So far we've had the pizza, rented snowmobiles and of course icream and fries. 5 stars for all the above.

Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store
Me and my friends had a great time here Snowmobiling. Fred and his wife, as well as Nigel were so welcoming and warm. Very friendly people running their family business.We were newbies to Snowmobiles. They took us on our tour with proper gear, training, guidance and safety. The trails they took us on were scenic. You can operate the Snowmobile on your own and add a passenger too. We had a fun outing! Definitely recommend to visit them for sure. I would visit them again for more adventures. Few pictures I took along the way :)

Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store
What a great stay! Fred and Jill were super welcoming from the moment we arrived. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to enjoy a few days away from home, and couldn't have asked for better hospitality.The store has everything you could possibly need, which came in handy a few times. Big fan of the fresh apple fritters in the morning.It's very obvious that Fred, Jill, and family have a ton of pride in their business and community. All the best guys, thanks for having us!

Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store
Just a short drive from Mikisew Provincial Park this park store has everything you need to make your camping trip or boating trip a lot easier. The park/beach across the street was very nice. We actually spent more time at that beach than the Mikisew beach itself. The pizza there is great.

Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store
This was our second year of enjoying the South River area thanks to Fred and Jill at Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store. They have been nothing but accommodating for our family and allowed us to enjoy the winter. We look to spend many more visits with them up there and I suggest to anyone to experience the charm.Ken and family

Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store
Great couple who own this store. Met them a couple times when we camped at mikisew. This winter we rented snowmobiles from them. Nice machines and fair prices. Never been on my one before and Fred’s wife spent time giving us a lesson free of charge. Store has everything you need from pizza to gasoline. This kind of store is what makes going up north a really great experience. Will be back soon.Jp

Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store
Super friendly owners. And home of John Deer who overlooks the lotto machines. Store has only been around 70 years.Ice cream choices were scarce as it was the end of the season. They had a lot of fireworks and were super busy.
