Parts department is a treat to deal with! Sent them my list, they sent me a quote. I had all the right parts in my hands faster and for less money than I could have if I had ordered them online. Glad I gave buying local a chance!

Called to get a motorcycle tire changed. I had the wheel off the bike, the new tire, everything ready to go. They told me it would be almost two weeks before they could get me in. Brought the wheel and new tire in on the Friday morning of my appointment (11am) and was told they'd call me when it was done. For anyone who doesn't know, this is a 10 minute job, max.By 4pm, I hadn't heard anything, so I called. They said they were really busy and hadn't had time to get to it, but it would be done the next day. The next day (Saturday) came and went, and I didn't get a call. Sunday they were closed, Monday and Tuesday I was busy and didn't really think about it. Wednesday was the day I had a friend coming over to help me replace my chain, a job which we needed the wheel on to do.At 2PM, I pulled in to the shop, assuming they had just forgotten to call. I went and asked for my wheel and was told it was scheduled for the next morning. 6 days, 5 of which they were open, after I had an appointment, and it still wasn't done. I collected my wheel and new tire and left. On the way home, I stopped at another shop, with no appointment, and 10 minutes later had my new tire installed.The employees themselves were pleasant and everything, and I think they did honestly feel bad, but there's really no excuse for that. If it's going to take that long, at least tell the customer to just drop it off, without an appointment, and that it might take a week or two.I won't be bringing anything here again, and since this incident I've heard from a few people that they've had similar experiences.

I am not sure if they have good mechanics or what not. They never answer the phone. I called about 30 times in the past 5 days, pressed 2 for parts, and everytime I get voicemail. I have left a couple of voicemails and no one ever calls me back. I kept my cool and assumed, all good, they are just really busy, so I emailed and said I can't get through, can you give me a quote for parts via email? I got a response saying that they would send it first thing in the morning. It is now almost 1pm and no call. I have tried calling 5 times this morning and voicemail everytime. I know they don't care because they are so busy, but I am going to make the extra trek to Truro to get my parts. So sad, my family used to spend so much money here when we had a few Hondas years ago in the old blue barn. I don't remember it ever being like this.

Just purchased an ATV there. While the global situation has made shopping stressful, it was easy to work with the Manager Matt and others. There were no questions left unanswered and they made sure I left a happy customer. It was great working with them. Will go back and back.

Have made some large purchases from here and every time they have been amazing. If you work with them, they will work with you. The parts department goes above to help find what you need.

Just purchased a bike from GW SAMPSON Co. LTD , it was the smoothest and best customer service I've ever received from first inquiry phone call to last handshake goodby leaving with my bike. Hughie was wonderful to do business with. Their showroom is top notch, I highly recommend their shop and services.

Terrible place to do business.went to Bridgewater Honda and got $4000 in parts and they gave me a 15 Percent discount on anything I buy. G w Sampson would not do that for me.
