The price was good and everything was displayed neatly/easy to find.I visited there right before closing but the staff was really nice and helpful!

Thank you Ben , he was very helpful he even called another branch to put a hold in some shoes they didn't have in this branch. ❤️

I cannot praise this location and the manager Rowan enough! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. Even helping me find some beautiful shoe options for a wedding a few minutes past closing. I hope HQ will recognize employees like Rowan who go over and above to make the customer experience amazing. I will be coming here for all my shoe needs from now on!

This is a delayed review. Things happened on June 12. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes showing up at their web site, but the metrotown store only carried size 8 and 9, not the size I wanted 8 1/2. I asked a sales named Reet, why the web site shows your store has 8 1/2. She took the burden to check all stores, and found that 3 of them had what I wanted. I picked the closest one at Lougheed Center, she then called that store, talked with Chahal, who helped to put one pair on hold for 2 hours. I went there and Shabnam helped me to finish the purchase. Another thumbs up is, they place a tag on top of wide size shoes. This saves a lot of time for me because I need wide size. They carry different brands so it is easy to understand the selections of each brand many not be as many as those brand specific stores (e.g. stores near the airport); I live in metrotown area so this store is good for me.

Two weekends ago I popped into this store looking for a pair of comfy dress shoes and after trying a few pairs and confirming with a sales crew if the ones I liked are also on sale, I went to check out. And I was told that I will pay full price because the black shoes I choose is not on sale. The cashier Avi told me that if I signed up I will get a discount on my next purchases. I was about to agree but told him that the sales rep whom I asked confirmed that it was on sale that’s why I choose it. Then Avi talked to Micu about it and then Micu agreed to give me the discount as it was a miscommunication with the other crew. I was so grateful and content with how Avi and Micu handled the situation. They are very considerate and accommodating. They both made my shopping experience pleasant. I will definitely come back and recommend the store to my friends.

Had such a pleasant experience right when I walked in! Rowan was so nice and helped us the entire purchase with checking stock and ordering shoes for us that were not available in store, he really went above and beyond!
