Sascha Porteous is an accomplished furniture maker.Sascha has made a number of pieces for me from an entertainment unit, fireplaces, bathroom vanities, coffee table to a built in closet that looks like a piece of furniture (which happens to be my favourite piece).I am very happy with all of his works. He is meticulous and the quality of his work is excellent. He listens to what you want then delivers it. As you can tell from this review, I am a fan!

I cannot say enough about Sascha and the quality of craftsmanship he provides in his work. Sascha took on an incredibly daunting task of updating our curved staircase, a focal piece in our home. He worked with us tirelessly to get every finite detail correct, including custom... well, everything! Trim, posts, treads, the works. I will let the photos speak for themselves regarding the attention to detail he put in. Not only was he able to deal with our meticulous critiques and perfection needs, he also did so with courtesy and patience, as I was working in the room just above the construction for the duration. I cannot express enough gratitude and praise over his work, and would give more than 5 stars if I could! Would highly recommend and would be lucky to hire again in the future
