We first used Bolens Septic for a septic inspection and they were great. So when we wanted to get our septic pumped, we contacted them again. They gave me a date that they may be able to come out, but I had to call again to check if they were still coming; the lady that handles the appointments, told me he wouldn't be able to make it, and that she would contact us if she could get anyone to make it. We never heard back, and we needed our septic pumped before we left town, so we had to call another company to come pump it. Well the morning that we were ready to leave town, they decided to show up unannounced. We told them we got it pumped already. Well, they started sending us invoices for a wasted trip for over $100. It is not our fault they they have bad scheduling and bad communication.

Bolens septic did my inspection on my system when I purchased my home. Not only is he professional at what he does he explains what he is looking at and will answer any questions you may have with no hesitation. Since then he has pumped my septic tank every time it’s needed it. When you think septic you think stinky, messy but not this guy. He didn’t get a drop on the ground. I highly recommend this company for any septic services and or questions. P.S the secretary seems to be very efficient and does her job extremely well and if you have a question she can’t answer you will get a call back in a very timely manner. Customer for life. My septic was over flowing and Jonathan was very good getting to our home on time!! Excellent pricing as well! Great customer service skills and a definite skill most professionals dont have! 100 percent pecommend he unclogged our line and pumped the tank while telling us what to do so poo would stop coming into the hose via toilet! So thank you for your excellent service and advice while saving us money!

Jonathan came out and did a prehome purchase septic inspection. Dig through a ton of snow, found the tank and did a thorough Inspection he explained it every step of the way and was very helpful answering my questions. I highly recommend Bolens septic. The whole company was very helpful, from the office scheduling to Jonathan coming out exactly when he said he would.

Lots of choices for Septic Services- but these guys are the best. They don't just come out, pump and leave- they check everything possible from the tank to the lid. Always on time.
