Skys the Limit Window Cleaning

Had them come clean my home after seeing them working downtown. Men were on time, polite and quick with the work they did.

These guys are so unprofessional. One of their crew members was working and as I pulled up to the front of the building to do a quick delivery, a piece of brick flew right into my windshield leaving a nasty crack. After playing games with me and denying it was their fault, and prompting me to call the building manager, my lawyer, insurance companies, etc…. They still wouldn’t budge. I was simply told “k, send me a letter from your lawyer” over the phone. Accountability is important. You can’t have negligent workers doing your work and then yell at people when they try to hold you accountable for a broken windshield. The guy that was up on the side of the building scurried down as soon as he saw what happened and then goes “oh ya those are definitely old cracks” and I had to point out the pieces of orange brick still left on my windshield… of the car that I just purchased from the dealership days ago. Absolutely disgusting.

Driver of crew truck was doing 20kms/hr slower than posted limit in the passing lane. I gave him the horn and then crew engaged me at a red light. Then he cut off a garbage truck who had to brake suddenly.Very unprofessional. Makes me wonder how they would leave your place after a job with that kind of unthought fullness.

Same thing as the review above. Guy wasn't watching the road and had his phone in front of him while driving. Should really be watching the road and not putting others at risk.
