The review above is completely inaccurate. Not even located in the same country... I have always had amazing customer service, and speedy turn around time for all diagnostic testing. Helpful staff are always willing to go the extra mile for our busy Vet hospital.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. We can't say enough good things about TN. They have gone above and beyond helping us with difficult cases, re running tests for us, being polite with us even though I'm sure we must be annoying with how many times we call and make requests for this and that. I am so thankful that we have TNL in our city they're truly a valuable resource. Thank you Dr. B and to all the hard working lovely peoples of True North. You are appreciated!

As an owner of 2 Veterinary Hospitals, my teams and I have only ever had the greatest service from True North. I’ve been dealing with them since they opened and have never regretted it. Professional, timely and accurate, plus the staff at the lab are always friendly and helpful! Thanks!
