How to rate our experience with A1 Movers St. Catherines?They did show up 45 minutes late.That almost caused vehicular assault (almost ran over my neighbour)Caused property damage (destroyed my neighbour’s flowers and rake which we had to replace)Almost ran into my mothers houseRude driverDidn’t plan or follow instructions on how to parkAs a grand finale, they took off claiming road was unsafe leaving us to deal with it aloneAlso they told us to call mighty movers which also was futileIn a nutshell. Unprofessional disappointment. F- grade. -10000 stars

A-1 is the best moving company in Niagara Region, but probably the world. Jeff and his team are professional polite and so hard working. They move fast and don't stop til the jobs done. They are very careful with their customers belongings. And their prices are more than fair. They come with our highest recommendation and deserve 10 stars for the excellent service they provide.

THE OWNERS RESPONSE BELOW IS A HUGE LIE!!! I WANT MY FAMILY AMOIRE FIXED!! I DO NOT WANT ANY FINACIAL COMPENSATION I JUST WANT MY FURNTIURE FIXED -- JUST LIKE MY FIANCE TOLD HIS RECEPTIONIST!!I used A-1 Moving Company in St. Catharines three times with no issue. They damaged an antique armorer that has been in my family for over 100 years and refuse to pay for the damage. You can see they did a poor job wrapping it up (hense the damage). Instead of them paying the $100 to fix it they want to play the hard way. We spent $450 for them to move and damage our stuff. People use movers so their stuff is safe and protected with the companies insurance. I highly recommend to STAY AWAY from this UNPROFESSIONAL company!!!

Jeff and team did a great job moving our home. We had a bit more to move then estimated, but they quickly reacted, called in an extra man and an extra truck. We weren't charged any extra for the truck. Polite and professional, and far more affordable than our other quotes. Couldn't recommend more highly!

We had the team move us June 3rd not only did they come early but extremely nice and even took time to say hi to the pups. Nothing got broke they took things where it had to be even took the fridge apart then put it back together these people are incredible. Alot of people would say it's expensive but it's a blessing just to sit and watch. Thanks A-1 moving

We’ve moved with Jeff and his team twice now and will literally never move without them again. They handle everything with absolute care, are super quick/efficient, and make what is typically a stressful day 10x lighter with their friendly banter. If you can get in with them, we highly recommend! 10/10

A1 movers was to deliver, antiques from my mothers estate. It took them a long time to make the delivery, and they were not in touch about scheduling. The young men who made the delivery were amateurs, and they backed into my rock retaining wall destroying a flower box. The antiques had not been wrapped properly with blankets, and there were strap marks on the wood, which will never come out. A dresser must have fallen over as a drawer was jammed in so hard it would not come out and a knob was broken. They were sent photos and they said they would compensate promptly, They lost the most valuable piece, my mothers carpet, and though they found it a couple months later, it has yet to be delivered. It’s been more than a year. They do not call back. Don’t deal with this company. They are unprofessional.

Jeff and his team, Cody and Keetan looked after my move last week and I can't thank them enough. They were punctual, polite and worked efficiently and carefully. When an unexpected and unusual situation occurred, Jeff problem-solved and remedied the situation immediately, going the extra mile for me.
