I am happy to have sold my home. I didn't feel that Tim was helping me get all that I could for my property, he seemed more interested in the sale at whatever it cost. Example he wanted me to add extra value over what was listed without getting paid for it then was upset with me for not doing it. Also on the last day, the day of completing the sale he had no time to finish our contract by coming to the house to confirm that all was good with the house according to the contract and that all details were done.So I am not really happy with Tim Baker, yes my house is sold but I did not enjoy the process, mostly because of Tim.
