Shell Gas Station

Nice convenient location. Has a carwash (will test right now). Not busy. Big convenience store inside. Wheelchair accessible.

A gift card was purchased for our job site by a supervisor for us to obtain gas when required. When I attempted to purchase gas for the first time it was declined. I returned to the station with the reciept. They told me to call the number on the backer card for the gift card to check my balance.They informed me that it was not activated correctly and that it is a common problem. I now have two options. Go back to the store to have it activated. To which I have wasted enough gas to do already or to email their support office the reciept, back of the card and my identification. When questioning as to why they need my ID as I did not purchase the card. They stated it was for security purposes.I dont see how sending my identification on an already paid for card that was purchased for me. What are they comparing my ID to. Does eveeyone that re ieves a gift card have to produce identification to Shell in order to use a GIFT card? Shady.

A small gas station, with Car wash, vacuum, air pumps, and even Uhaul rentals. Prices seem to be lower here than others...

I bought a car wash 3 weeks ago and the car wash was down. I've gone back 4 times since then and the cat wash is still down! I asked for my money back and the attendant said they can't do refunds. Don't go here for car wash waste of money!

Car wash was always good but lately went downhill, half of the car is never even touched, did not even remove salt from the car. Kinda useless when only half of the car is washed

Pumps are outdated and obsolete by today’s standards and the car wash is subpar although it is soft cloth, but their service is always quite friendly. I do recommend.

Excellent service and car wash. I told the representative on duty on March 15 evening that I had followed a garbage truck on the highway. My car was coated with some sticky dried liquid. I asked if the basic car wash will get rid of that. He told me he would ensure that. Thank you that wonderful help.

Purchased a car wash, the code didn't work, attendent (Ravi?) flatly refused to fix the issue saying he doesn't know how the system works, sent me to bring the bank statement with proof of payment when I had the receipt on my phone. Before this gas station was a bad place with good people, now... the other way around.

*2022-02-05 UPDATE: Have heard absolutely nothing from Shell, not even that they received my documents which they requested. The receipt was sent to Shell via email. I emailed a follow up on this date as well.*2022-01-19 UPDATE: Contacted Shell support as per their request below. I was advised by an agent that Shell policy is not to refund car wash codes. Spoke to a supervisor who advised they would reach out to the retailer to request this refund as they make the decision (though cannot refund on the spot). We will see what the owner decides. I will be required to go back to this station for a cash refund, which would not be possible if this was a car wash code purchased on a trip or long drive from home.2022-01-15: So. I drove out to this gas station to use the car wash, and learned after I had paid that the car wash was out of order because instead of putting a sign where you look and pay for gas, there is a sign on a random pole.I spoke to the attendent who advised me of three things:1) The money can be returned, but he does not have the authority to do so.2) If I had purchased the car wash inside, he could return it (I haven't paid for gas inside in like 10 years).3) He could contact his manager.The manager told me they will not return the funds, even though I couldn't use the car wash, but would be able to save the receipt and use the car wash within 90 days. I told him that we can skip the me complaining and just return the money, and he said no over the phone. He told me to call whoever, he didn't care.While there I had two other patrons advise me this is the worst gas station and only go there because it's close to their house, and told me good luck with the refund".Now what's going to happen is I'm going to contact customer service or Shell HQ to get my refund
