They go above and beyond for their clients. The staff is the sweetest, always accommodating and individualizing customer care. Extremely knowledgable and professional. Dr. Bell has been the best vet, she is very compassionate and caring and helps you to navigate providing the best healthcare for your pet in the way that suits you and that you want for your pet. Which isn’t always the case. She is by far my favourite vet, Dr Haun (so sorry if I spelt that wrong) is also extremely knowledgable and kind. Even when it comes to the harder decisions and things to go through, they are extremely compassionate and kind and empathetic. They are so personal and individualized that it just really feel like family at some moments yet a progressional resource at other moments. The perfect balance you want in health care truly. All that text and just everybody who works there is just so kind and understanding and supportive and helpful. You know you’re in good care. I briefly had to go to different bets because I moved with my for a bit, and none of them were as great as Tilbury vet. So happy to be back. Highly recommend

The girls here are so friendly and accommodating, and the vets are patient and answer all your questions. They've made tough experiences much smoother and have taken great care of both my dogs. I feel confident and comfortable bringing my pets here.

I brought my new puppy in for vaccines and Dr Khan was so good with him, he was nice and healthy thank goodness. When I brought my puppy back for his next booster he remembered Dr Khan and was wagging his tail so hard. The prices here are lower compared to the rest of Chatham Kent and you can't beat the kindness and care either.

Staff and both Dr Khan and Dr Bell have been life savers to our cats. They stepped up so fast when we needed help as a new client back in the summer and still with our latest emergencies. Can't say enough good about them and their care they give.

Great place to take your pet there very friendly there doctor knows what he talking about. They can get you in really quick if need to my dog likes it there he not afraid to go in were most vets he gets scared. I recommend this place to any one.
